Perfect Beach House

This house is in immaculate condition, and has everything you could need. The owners have thought of everything, the kitchen was completely stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances. The house came with beach chairs, beach carts, and cornhole boards. The outdoor pool area was extremely nice. Everything had a place, and the owners had everything neatly labeled. I would love to stay here again.

The rooms all having their own on suite bath is a nice bonus. The pool was perfect and no issues other than an empty propane tank that cape and coast filled the next morning. Great experience!!!

Beautiful, well appointed home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunnyside up is a beautiful home and comes with everything you might need in the kitchen. The storage room came stocked with enough chairs for the house capacity. The sunnyside up beach towels were a neat touch! We loved that the laughter switches were labeled and the cabinets were labeled so we knew where to put stuff back. The elevator was a luxury we loved having! Unfortunately we did not get to use the hot tub. The water was cloudy when we arrived. Then tropical storm Fred came along. The top was broken so the water only got nastier from the TS. On the day we left the pool folks arrived with a new too and cleaned the hot tub. My only real complaint was the cleanliness of the ceiling fans. They all had dirt caked up on the blades. Of course mine at home do as well but I would never have expected that in such a well maintained beautiful home.

Relaxing Week at the Beach

The pool was warm, the beach was a few steps away, the view from the decks was stunning. We have never stayed in a rental home that had so many kitchen supplies and beach gear for guests to use. They really have thought of everything. This house was perfect for our two families with teenagers. Renting bikes to ride to the state park and the Trading Post was perfect.Dinner at Indian Pass Raw Bar was delicious! We cannot think of anything that would have made our stay better.

Such a gorgeous home, perfect location on the Cape and distance to the beach. None of us have ever stayed in a home as fully stocked as this one in terms of the kitchen, plus all the beach towels, other beach gear, etc. It was just great! Could have maybe used a few more kitchen towels, but honestly that's about it, had so much to offer and was in great condition! The layout was perfect for our 3 families, we definitely hope to come back to Sunnyside Up soon!

For not being beachfront, you have incredible views of the beach and can hear the waves from the multiple, well appointed balconies. The home is beautiful and comfortable from the decor to the incredibly well stocked kitchen - the owners thought of everything. The private, heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit were all huge hits with our group. I hope we will be able to return to Cape San Blas and this home soon!

Perfect Beach House

Sunnyside Up is amazing. Beautiful decor, comfortable, clean, perfect location, great pool & hot tub, phenomenal views ... we lacked nothing!! The only negative was the weather, but having such a great place to stay made up for that. The cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes ... all really nice, not cobbled together from thrift stores the way a lot of places seem to do. Everything was very high quality. Even the spice cabinet was well appointed ... we're from Maryland, so Old Bay is a necessity, and wouldn't you know it, they had it!! I also love that they are so pet friendly. Our dog, Tundra, had a blast. She loved the beach, the yard, and the view out of the living room window. The beds and seating were all really comfortable. The elevator was a life saver, and especially appreciated for my elderly parents. Not sure when we'll be back to the Panhandle, but when we return, we'll be staying at Sunnyside Up!!

Though it sits behind two beachfront homes, we were delighted with the views. Off both sides of the decks, you have a direct view of the water. We've been coming to the Cape for nearly 10 years now, and this is the most well-equipped home we've ever rented. You won't believe how much thought and care the owners put into making it a fantastic beach experience. Let me provide a few examples:1) The kitchen is stocked! Pots, pans, panini maker, blenders, Keurig, spices - you don't need to bring anything for cooking but food.2) For going to the beach, the house has beach towels, beach carts, beach chairs, an umbrella, etc. All embroidered or emblazoned with "Sunnyside Up" so you can easily identify them at the beach. 3) The outdoor furnishings are so sturdy and comfortable that you will want to spend a lot of time on the decks and at the pool. The chairs will easily hold any heavier-set members of your group.4) If you get stuck inside on a rainy day, the house has puzzles, games, DVDs and a gigantic tv.It's a great house for three couples or families. The three King bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms and sliding doors out onto the decks. There's also a massive bunk room for kids, but we didn't use that.We really appreciated the fact the house has an elevator. It makes loading and unloading your stuff easier and makes the house accessible for anyone with painful joints or difficulty climbing.Thank you to Cape and Coast and Sunnyside Up's owners for a wonderful vacation!!

Amazing house!

We had such a great week with family and friends! This is THE perfect house and location! Just a boardwalk to the beach and the house had everything you could hope for. We will definitely be back!!

It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and it is steps to the beach with a beach view. They always welcome our dogs as well. We refuse to travel without them so it is refreshing when they are welcomed and not merely tolerated. The owners are some of the nicest people you will meet. I highly recommend this property.
