★ SECOND FLOOR ★ The second floor is home to two king suites, a spacious bunk room, and the laundry room.
The two king-bed master suites boast soothing seaside aesthetics and beachy vibes. You’ll be swept away by the scenic views of turquoise blue waters and white sandy beaches. Each room walks out to a shared covered balcony. Enjoy plenty of elbow space with double vanities and walk-in showers in the en suite bathrooms.
The spacious bunk room is every kid's dream come true. Each bunk has its own reading light, giving your little pirates endless options for reading, playing games, and making up imaginary adventures.
With two queen bunks and one twin bunk, teens will have extra room to call their own while storage drawers below keep the chaos controlled. The bunk room has its own bathroom, complete with a vanity, bathtub, and plenty of soft, snug bath towels.
The laundry room is located at the top of the stairs for easy access. The GE front-load washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. You’ll never run out of towels with this setup!
★ THIRD FLOOR ★ If we had to guess, everyone in your group will want to call dibs on the third floor “Sparrow’s Nest” suite. Uninterrupted panoramic views of the grassy dunes, sugar-soft white sand, and crystal blue water stretch on for miles.
The third floor private suite boasts tranquil blue and white hues, a king bed, en suite bathroom, cozy corner seating, and personal coffee station. Sliding doors open to your private balcony, where you can relax for an afternoon nap while the ocean waves lull your senses.
★ PRIVATE POOL AND DECK ★ Nothing beats the hot summer heat than a cool plunge in your own private pool! Soak up the sun and work on your tan while the kids splash the day away in the 12’X26’ pool. It’s 5” at the deepest end and gated for safety.

Don’t forget to taste the local flavor at several boutique eateries scattered along the Cape.

The Cape is Secluded. It will be 30 minutes to a real grocery store. Plan ahead!
The wifi is very fast but it is beach wifi and it could not work at all at times. It is not 100% reliable. The internet access is very fast but with the beach comes severe storms that can knock out power and take the internet offline.
Most cell carriers will be spotty at best and likely won't work at all. Sand gets everywhere. It's likely you'll find little pieces of sand in the home even when it is freshly cleaned. Sand just has a way of doing that.
Items Left Behind: There will be a $50 shipping and handling fee per item for any item left behind that you wish to be returned. We will provide a tracking number within 3 days of receipt of the fee.
As the saying goes... leave the campsite nicer than you found it In case there is any damage please let us know ASAP.

* Security cameras (2) are installed on the exterior of the house. One facing the driveway and one facing the front door.
*Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Primary guest renting must stay at the property each night of the reserved dates.
*Pool heater is expected to heat the pool up to 10-15 degrees above the air temperature. It is best used during the Fall and Spring seasons (September, October, March & April). It is unlikely the pool heater will be effective during the Winter months of November, December, January or February.
*We will respond to requests as quickly as possible. Office hours are from 9am to 6pm every day. Since we do not use a property management company, we are not a 24 hour operation; although we will respond to after hours requests if possible. This allows us to keep your costs and add-on fees to a minimum.
*Heating and Cooling (HVAC's) - There is a thermostat on each floor. We ask during the daytime to keep the temperatures set to 72F and not to go below 68F at night. The Florida heat and humidity can be brutal and we want the air conditioning running as efficient as possible. Please ensure all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure efficiency. During the Summer months, keeping the blinds and curtains closed during the day will help keep the temperature inside the house comfortable. We will periodically check the thermostats remotely to ensure they are operating properly and you remain comfortable during your stay.
