"Shore Enough" This beautiful home has room for everyone!

This beautiful home "Shore Enough" has room for everyone! This home is conveniently located in Beacon Hill, between St Joe Beach and Mexico Beach. It features 4 spacious and nicely decorated bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms that will comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed and located on the main floor, each additional bedroom offers a queen size bed and are located on the second floor. There is a sofa sleeper in the master bedroom for additional sleeping arrangements. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped for all of your needs. The main living area is very open and spacious for entertaining; you will make memories to last a lifetime. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and also in each bedroom. Home provides ample parking spaces for guest's convenience. Another great amenity is the charcoal grill and patio furniture for those who like to grill. While relaxing on the patio you can take in the breathtaking sunset views. This unit is just steps away from our sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters with views that will "Shore Enough" take your breath away, especially at sunset.

St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran's Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

Awesome: 1) location- steps to Veterans Memorial Park and the beach 2) 4 BRs with on suite baths-perfect for couples and adult children. Also a 1/2 BR downstairs 3) lots of hot water and good water pressure 4) great kitchen with plenty of dishes and pots 5) property management team super easy to work with and easy check in Opportunities for improvements: 1) cleanliness Surfaces were adequately clean but whole house needs deep cleaning. Really happy with the house! Each BR having its own bath is great. East beach access and the beach was beautiful. House was well equipped and the property management company was very responsive to any issues we had.

Amazing location!

We loved this large home, especially with the bathrooms in EVERY bedroom - that was a huge selling point for us! Everything was clean and comfortable. Our AC broke Sunday night and I called and they had a technician there and the AC fixed within an hour - amazing customer service! The only thing missing (and I mention this JUST to let future guests know - not as a complaint at all) is Tupperware/food storage containers. There were plenty of pots/pans/dishes/mixing bowls, etc...but nothing with a lid that we could use to store leftovers - so make sure you bring or plan to purchase something like that when you come. Everything else was PERFECT!

Great Location and House!

Right across the street from the beach with a very short walk and plenty of parking at the beach if you want to put all your beach stuff in the car or truck for less hauling of beach chairs/umbrellas, etc. Perfect for the 4 couples we had and very nice that everyone had their own bathroom! Nice decor and the house was clean! The kitchen still has no baking pans and could use more supplies, such as large baking dishes and a larger skillet. The Teflon was all scratched up on the skillet that was there and it was not big enough to cook for 8 ppl. Needs a better grill also. We brought our own and used it. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

Our time at Shore Enough was fantastic! The kids loved basically having the whole upstairs to themselves, the playground next to the property was a plus, a short walk to the beach, and our first time scalloping or visiting the area! We love it and will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with my family and friends!

The listing said 2 king and 2 queen rooms, but it was 1 king and 3 queen rooms. The house was nice and clean. There weren’t any baking sheets like another review said, but I brought my own since I saw that review. The grill was full of cigarettes so we bought a cheap one to use and I reported it to the agency, so I’m sure they will get it cleaned out for further use. We had one maintenance issue (minor) and they responded quickly and within the hour it was done so that was great!

Wonderful

This house was absolutely wonderful for gathering and eating. Also, plenty of room for a large family. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The screen on the top balcony was torn so we were unable to use at night with so many bugs and frogs. Though we would all definitely recommend the Shore Enough house.

Great Location

The office is just 3 mins from the property. Check-in process was quick and staff was friendly. The home was immaculate and smelled clean. There were a few cosmetic flaws in the house but nothing major. Overall decor was pretty and simple. The home was very spacious for our family which included 6 adults, 2 teens, a toddler and an infant. The upper deck was nice but needs repair to the screening. The living space and kitchen were very spacious and included a large flat screen and a selection of dvds in the cabinet. There were also tv's in each bedroom. It is only a short walk to the beach and the location is great. My only complaints, the grill was tiny and there was no baking sheet. Other than that everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend this property and can't wait to go back!

Stormy but delightful

We loved our stay at this property. The bottom house with the huge kitchen/common room was a game changer and given the stormy weather, we spent a lot of time hanging out here. Everything went great!

Great house, very private.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our large family. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Really couldn’t enjoy the outdoor area because mosquitoes were fierce, so be prepared. Easy walk to the beach. Our kids especially enjoyed it.
