Shimmering Tides is located in the charming Windmark Beach Community. The home is very secluded at the end of a cul-de-sac with extra large backyard. The spacious and open living area features cozy furnishings, tasteful beach decor, and a smart TV. Step into the fully stocked kitchen that offers beautiful stainless appliances, an island and large dining table along with high quality cook, bake and serve-ware for your entertaining purposes. There is enough pantry space to store all of your delicious snacks and must need vacation supplies. There is a 1/2 bath located on the 1st floor. The Master Bedroom has a large flat screen TV, Comfortable King sized bed with plush high quality bedding, large walk-in closet, attached master bathroom with double vanity and shower. The first guest room has a Queen sized bed, high quality bedding, flat screen TV and closet space. The 2nd Guest Room has a set of bunk beds with a Twin over Full and a Twin Trundle and flat screen TV. A Full Bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located on the 2nd floor along with the full sized Washer and Dryer. You also have 2 screened-in porches that allow the gulf breezes to pour in while you unwind and take pleasure in watching a beautiful sunset. The master suite has private balcony access so you can catch the sunrise or sunset just steps away from your bed. You can enjoy WindMark Beach’s beautiful bike trail to take in some of nature's beauty. There is a boardwalk located steps from the house that will lead you directly to the beach. Have fun, relax and let the Shimmering Tide wash your worries away!

Our home comes with everything you need! The property is equipped with initial setup of supplies such as of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. Guests must furnish food, cleaning supplies and personal items for the rental period. All linens are provided and are included in the reservation cost. This includes a set of towels per number of guests that are staying. Beach towels will be provided. Depending on the length of your stay you may want to bring additional supplies.
All dinnerware/cookware/glasses/silverware are provided in the home.

No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house.
All events must be approved prior to your reservation

*** There is access to Windmark’s community pool however we have no responsibility or control over pool closure for maintenance or repairs.

***** This is not just a business for us. We enjoy staying at our place as much as we hope our guests do. We rent it to share with others, so that you can make memories with your friends and family. It's very important for us to rent to the right guests who will care for our place as we do. This house is furnished wall-to-wall in a way that makes us proud to share with friends, family and our VRBO guests. We do not eat or drink on our furniture or in our bedrooms and we remove our shoes when laying on the couch or walking on the rug and we ask that you follow the same rules as our family does, to keep our home presentable for years to come. There is NO Smoking anywhere on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, inside the house, on the covered porches or front steps.

Violation of these rules will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee. There are no boats, RV's, or trailer parking permitted in Windmark Beach per HOA.
