If you like peace and serenity, a beautiful area with high dunes and a beach with sugar white sand , you will love it here! This smoke free home has a private elevator. Handy for groceries and luggage.

Sea Bliss is a lovely dog friendly townhome in the beautiful small gated community of Seacliffs on Cape San Blas. It is recently updated, freshly painted and redecorated, with all new furniture in the living room, including a reclining leather sofa, and leather power recliner! The living room also has a 52 in Sony smart TV with Netflix . DSL Hi Speed wireless internet connection and free long distance calling.

The kitchen is equipped with everything a cook could possibly need, including a new deluxe Keurig single cup coffee maker, regular coffee maker, free standing Kitchen Aid mixer, waffle iron, deep fryer, slow cooker and lots of pots, pans and dishes.

There are 3 bedrooms , 3 1/2 bathrooms, one king with a small refrigerator, one queen and 2 twins. There are new bedroom sets with comfortable beds! There are new cushioned rockers on the deck, a Weber grill and for the beach, you will find beach chairs and a beach cart. A hot/cold outdoor shower, makes coming in from the beach a breeze!

The SeaCliffs community has a large community pool with umbrella tables and a playground for children. Located next to St Joseph State Park on the highly desired north end of Cape San Blas, Sea Bliss is very close to the pool and the dune walkover to the beach and each furnished deck has a great view of the Gulf and you can enjoy the sound of the waves at night!

The pool was closed the entire month we were there!!! I asked about it before we arrived and then got there to signs saying "closed for renovations"!...I was ok with that for the first 2 days because it was pretty chilly and I thought that was the reason.I reached out to the rental company right away they stated they "didnt know" I asked if they would look into when it will be open...I at least wanted to use the loungers...I then never heard back...so I asked again about 2 weeks later to find out how long it would be closed and then after they reached out to the HOA president I was told for at least another 3 weeks...there was a small leak in the pump!!! There was no reason it couldn't have been used in my opinion...I booked because of the pool and its location to our room...no apology and no discount was offered!!! !!fleak at the pump.

Great location and well stocked with beach chairs and supplies. The unit was very dusty. There was not an air filter in the return and the AC vents were blowing dust and dirt around the unit. The floor was very sticky and made a sticking noise when you walked with shoes. Our socks stayed dirty. Bath mats were dirty and probably need to be replaced with some that can be cleaned. This could be a great unit but the cleaning and maintenance crew have a lot to be desired. With proper cleaning this could be a great unit.

Best stay yet

This condo was our favorite out of all of the times we’ve stayed in this complex. The view, proximity to the beach and elevator made this perfect for my 89 y/o mom. Our dog finally conquered her fear of riding in the “magic closet” aka the elevator. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us Mrs. Adler.

Great Location

We loved our stay at Cape Escape! Very convenient to both the pool and ocean, literally a 30 second walk to both. The ocean view was great, we had a great view from all three floors. We enjoyed using all of the beach gear and would love to stay again next year!!

Elevator came in handy to navigate 4 levels. Fully stocked kitchen .Cleanliness in all aspects. Had grilled dinner on the outdoor balcony twice. Proximity to beach was a plus as well as pool availability. Local beach golf cart rental was exciting and fun driving on the beach. Cape San Blas was a memorable visit if you desire a quiet vacation and nature on the beach parks .

Spring Break at Seacliffs!

We did not have a big group for my daughter’s senior spring so we opted for this beautiful townhome. Compared to other places that friends had in the same community, this house was updated and gorgeous! I always bring a ton of kitchen stuff because most places are bare, but this place had it all! The grill on the back porch was an added bonus. Great view, super easy walk to the beach, and the pool was in our backyard. I would definitely book this place again when we come back!

Rats and how management treated us!

It was our third year staying at Seacliffs, an older community committed to providing great access to a lovely beach, a nice pool area & well kept grounds.After a month of our stay, a rat ran out from the couch to the kitchen! Shock! We cleaned behind & in the couch & nearly filled the vacuum with rat droppings indicating it had been there quite a while. Large rodent traps were found under the refrigerator & stove indicating prior knowledge of rodent issues. We informed management & requested hotel or other accommodations & were told nothing was available. They said, “Seriously, just close your bedroom doors and open the slider.” When I told them that wasn’t acceptable, they gave us the code to another rental property. It was not a comparable property. It had no elevator which I needed, the toilet seat was moldy, the railing on a spiral stair case was dangerously loose, living room furniture was filthy, and no pool or beach view. Yes, dealing with the rat was unnerving, but our issue is with the integrity of the management. They refused initially to provide other housing, they were dishonest about informing the assoc board of the rat issue & they denied knowing that building C had rodent issues since hurricane Michael. We were refunded from the date we vacated the unit not from the “night of the rat.” Our family was visiting & we were forced to find other housing. I would advise not renting this unit until the blue couch is removed & there is proof of no rats!

Great Stay! Dog-friendly!

The location was perfect! Towards the end of the cape near the state park. Dog-friendly and wheelchair accessible with the elevator. Stairs are steep so the elevator was a lifesaver. Steps to beach and pool.

Sibling retreat

We had a great time and sea bliss is definitely a do over for us! Enjoyed a reunion with siblings and in laws! Sea bliss has everything you could want and a very very short walk to the beach. The elevator was super helpful with respect to luggage and groceries.

Mainly enjoyed location. Kitchen cabinets were not very clean, couch was broke and some kind of chocolate on it ….not sure, biggest issue was most of the outdoor chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and other items listed were not as described. They were all in a plastic bin and we had to hunt for the different pieces all very unkept and unorganized. Grill was not clean…..had old chicken and other things still on it. It was stated that we may have to change out gas for grill but on the first day we were there tank was empty and had to cook inside and was too late to exchange at store. There is a reading on the tank so it’s very easy to give it a quick look and read level of gas it also just takes a quick look under lid to see a dirty grill. I understand running out of gas 2-3 days in but first day is disappointing. I’m only saying negative so owner/management knows if they choose to change and or improve. Overall we would stay again.

Great experience

The property was clean and in good shape. Really close to the beach, which is nice when hauling all the gear for a family of 5. Owners were responsive and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this rental!

Family Vacation

The property was clean and very functional for our family! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice! Lower laundry room floor was great for dropping off our sandy shoes and bags daily! Felt very safe within property! Kitchen was supplied with plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and equipment! Elevator was great for getting luggage and groceries to each floor! Property owner was easy to contact with questions. Will plan to stay again in the future!

Very satisfied!

Family of 6 and 2 dogs stayed for 4 nights. Location of the condo was perfect. Just steps to the beach and pool. Nice outdoor space to walk dogs. The elevator went to all floors and was very helpful for luggage/groceries. Appreciated the beach chairs and buggy that were available for our use. Overall, couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Well stocked, but in need of updates

Overall the property is in a great location and well stocked. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The sheets on the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The walk to the beach was super quick and having a boardwalk with no stairs is so great! As far as areas of improvement, the place could use an update. The carpet on the stairs is stained, the couch was broken, and the kitchen cabinets were dated, sticky, and broken. The high-low bar makes the room feel smaller than they are. They ask that you don't turn the air down below 72 and the master bedroom is on the top level, so it was pretty muggy, warm, and damp. The balconies on every level are nice; however the furniture was mostly broken and rusted. The pool and beach are so fantastic, but they should consider replacing the ground maintenance crew as the trash cans and pet waste containers were overflowing the entire week we were there.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our second year staying at this property. The kitchen is well equipped and the grill is in good condition. The living room is comfortable and was large enough to accommodate our family as well as our baby’s play mat and toys. The elevator is convenient and works well. The pool is very close to this unit and the beach is close as well. The owner is very nice and always calls and makes sure you have everything you need.

Nice stay on the Cape

Overall, our stay was great. The elevator wasn’t working when we arrived, but after communicating with the property manager, there was someone there the next day to fix it. It worked fine the rest of our stay. The location was very convenient to the walkway over the dunes. The walkway is totally ramped which made it super easy to pull wagons filled with beach supplies to the beach. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was furnished with everything that we needed and we used the grill several times for dinner. We’d definitely consider staying there again when we’re heading to the cape.
