Welcome to Sea Haven, a brand-new 4-bedroom, 3-bath home perfectly located in beautiful St. Joe Beach. This spacious single-level retreat comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families and groups looking to relax and unwind by the Gulf.

Just a short block and a half from the sugary white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Sea Haven offers all the comforts of home with a touch of coastal charm. The open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and stylish furnishings throughout.

Step outside to enjoy the spacious backyard, complete with plenty of outdoor seating, a gas grill, and a newly built outdoor shower with both hot and cold water — perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There’s also ample boat parking for those planning to explore the water.

Whether you’re here to soak up the sun, fish, or simply relax with family and friends, Sea Haven offers the perfect home base for your St. Joe Beach vacation.

St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran's Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

The house was much bigger than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. Short, nice walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. A few things I wasn't impressed with- the hand soap in bathroom and kitchen had 1/4 of an inch left and had water added to it to go farther. Same with the dish soap. The dishwasher soap had even less in it so we could not wash dishes as we left. The floors were sandy upon arrival, other than that everything seemed very clean. And when they say bring extra toilet paper, they mean it. One roll per bathroom and that is it!

Family time

Loved the house !!! Shower out back was a big bonus !!! Our kids and grandkids enjoyed ..we had a great time other than our second night there the door knob broke leaving us locked out and we left all important papers inside the house for emergency contact ...the police dept came because we were at a loss of what to do ...so finally they were able to slip door knob so our babies could get bath and bed ...even though it was 2 in the morning before we got in ...i called the office at 9am the next morning and they sent someone to put a new knob on .. The rest was just smooth sailing

Great find!

This property was great for a blended family of 9. The open floor plan was nice and we still had our own separate areas as well. It’s about 2 blocks from the beach so an easy walk back and forth. Quiet neighborhood and good for evening walks. Grill worked great. Outdoor shower was a huge plus. Nice deck and backyard area. Endless HOT water. Wi-Fi worked well - just be prepared to sign into your own internet TV apps. House was clean and roomy. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Place was great. Spacious for us and our five kids. Area is low key, we rented a golf cart and beach chairs. Our kids loved the outside shower and built sandcastles in the backyard in the morning before we went to the beach

Great layout for a large family

Would have given everything a 5 except the previous renters left a lot of their trash on the deck. The dumpster was full but a neighbor let us put some of it in his dumpster. The manager got an additional dumpster that we were able to put the remaining trash in. Had to bring some of our own trash home with us. Everything thing else was great and we would rent it again.

Great place.

The internet was down for about half of the week. It didn’t bother me much just the kids. I fill it’s good for the kids to be away from technology for a little while. Brings us closer together as a family. Overall the place was great. We had an awesome time. The outdoor shower is amazing and plan on adding one on my back porch now.
