The master suite is spacious and fully furnished with large coastal roll-top desk, chest of drawers with suitcase platform top, and a (very firm) king-sized platform bed. Enjoy tranquil views of the nature-scape as far as the eye can see, outside the two large windows flanking the king bed. The master flows into a large, private, master bathroom with double vanities, semi-steam shower, separate garden tub, and private toilet room (granite counter-tops, hotel linens). The second bedroom offers a queen bed, vanity, desk and closet and a full bathroom with shower/tub. Separate full laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer.
The home has convenient parking for one vehicle right in front, an outdoor warm shower for rinsing sand, and bikes available upon request. The Windmark community is build around a nature-preserve, so untouched indigenous plants and lucious landscapes surround you all over the resort. The home itself offers water views from the spacious matter suite and from the back porch off the dining room. The home shares a wall with another unit (adjoining one bedroom apartment; message me to book both) but both units have extensive sound proofing panels installed for privacy and separate private entrances. This unit is the main house. there is no adjoining or shared entry. on your private back patio, as you enjoy the best sunsets on the panhandle.

Take a short walk or 5 minute bike ride to the palm-tree lined 10 mile bike path or charming boardwalk, or hit the beach at Saint Joe Beach for sunning, paddle-boarding, Kayaking, fishing or dolphin watching. Bikes available upon request. We have the best sunsets on the Gulf coast! Fires are allowed on the beach so don't forget the marshmallows! (supplies and sundries are available at the on-site Mercantile). The nearby luxurious pool is thick with palm trees and spacious lounge chairs, patio tables in the sun or under a lush, plant-encased pavilion. All free to guests, including wifi from The View restaurant (don't miss this culinary treat!) .
