Great Views of the Gulf! Paradise Shores 304!

Paradise Shores 304! Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view as you look beyond the view of the pool over to the beautiful white sandy beach. This beautifully decorated and appointed unit is the perfect place to relax, romance that special someone or even bring the children. It is a one bedroom unit with a queen bed in the master suite but offers a queen sofa sleeper if additional sleeping room is needed. Two baths are a nice touch, too. Stroll across the street and walk down the beach to enjoy a sunset up close and personal. This is truly a great unit and you will be pleased when staying here. There is also a community pool & hot tub, as well as a designated shared grilling area. Relax, romance and enjoy!

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

Our room was in very good condition and clean. Great for two adults and two littles. The property wasn’t wonderful and a little old, but we would start again.

A perfect location

This stay made me want to buy a unit in this building. The location is perfect for everything. People worry about Mexico because after the hurricanes but the area as a whole is coming back and with this property you would never even be able to tell what happened. Overflow parking was convenient for our boat. The unit was well decorated, comfortable and made a great anniversary get away! Property office right next door, we didn’t need anything but if you did you can’t beat that convenience .

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, the view was great, the staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much! And we ate lots of good seafood. The only negative thing I have to say can easily be corrected. The carpet was very dirty, and stained. It should be cleaned.
