Golden Hour is a new construction, three-level vacation home nestled along the pristine shores of Cape San Blas, FL. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this gulf-front oasis promises an unparalleled escape for you and your guests.



Accommodations:



Main Level: The heart of the home awaits on the main level, where you'll find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. A queen bedroom, complemented by a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, adds comfort and convenience. A half bath is also located on this level. Step through sliding doors to the screened porch, revealing an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a dining area. Beyond, an extended deck unveils a breathtaking infinity pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.



Upper Level: Ascend the stairs to discover the remaining bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a full/twin bunk bed, perfect for a family retreat. The second and third bedrooms offer king-sized beds, each with its private bathroom featuring walk-in showers. A shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also conveniently located in the hall.

Pet-Friendly Paradise:



Golden Hour welcomes your furry friends, ensuring that your entire family can enjoy the serenity of Cape San Blas together. This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $150 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details.





Please note that pool and spa heat are not included but can be added for an additional fee. Kindly provide our office with 24-hour notice if you wish to include this option in your reservation

A private boardwalk leads you directly to the sandy shores, offering unparalleled convenience and privacy for a day of sun-soaked relaxation.



Due to safety reasons, the propane grill in the outdoor kitchen has been locked. An additional propane grill is provided in the carport.



Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.

Beautiful home, very clean and has everything you need. Location, beach, pool and hot tub cannot be beat! Definitely one of the nicest layouts and location on the Cape.

Wonderful property that worked well for 3 generations. Having the elevator was so helpful and it works well, you just need to follow the instructions given. The management company was very responsive to our questions. Having the infinity pool and hot tub were great. Be sure to bring your own beach towels. They tell you this just before check in but since we were driving we didn’t know - but with all the Buc-ee’s on our route we were covered. The kitchen is well-equipped. We had no issues cooking our meals. We had a puppy and the elevator was really great for taking him out. The boardwalk is right next to the house which makes it very convenient to get to the beach. One note: the only inconvenience is that the trash cans are kept at the road and you have to take your trash there - it is a bit of a walk holding trash so we put our trash in the back of our car. It would be preferred if the trash cans were kept at the house and they just had someone take them to the street on trash days.

Everything about Golden Hour was advertised and more. We've visited Cape San Blas for years and this by far was our favorite spot. Can't beat the location and the house was perfect for all ages. Beautiful, well stocked, clean and spacious. 10/10.

The house was clean - like new. The space and amenities made our retirement celebration with the whole family a memorable one. Having the infinity pool and the beach steps away gives you the options of where you want to spend your water time. The elevator, which I didn't think I'd use, was super handy hauling up luggage and groceries. The infinity pool directly on the beach, the screened porch and having the privacy to your right makes this a special place.

Lovely Location

The perfect location! Not only does this property give you a glorious view of the beach and the gulf, there is undeveloped land on the north side of the property which is also beautiful to view. All of our needs were met at Golden Hour. Loved our 3 weeks there!

Beautiful place- Stupid Hurricane Helene

We rented this home for a family vacation. 8 people which included My husband and I, 3 teen boys, my 85 year old parents and a family friend. The home was perfect with a great location on the Cape. We have rented many years at the Cape and have stayed in some great homes. But this home made our top 2 list of favorites. The layout, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great screened in porch, the awesome pool and of course the beach. The place was very clean and the management staff was extremely helpful and nice to work with. The elevator was not working when we arrived but they had it fixed the next day and it worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. Unfortunately our stay was cut short as we had to evacuate because of Hurricane Helene. We were so sad! Coastline vacation was very helpful and also very fair with us regarding our vacation being cut short. Which we greatly appreciated. The only suggestions I have are to add a couple of comfortable chairs to the living room (the sectional couch was great). Also need some sort of bath matts at each shower so it is not slippery, and also need a foot washing hose at the boardwalk where the stairs go up to the pool. We hope to rent this house again. Highly recommend it!

Golden Hour

This house has the most perfect view on the cape! The pool is amazing! We had a great week despite the elevator not working. I hope in the future the walkover to the beach will be extended as not to have to walk on the dunes. I will definitely stay here in again!

Much needed vacation

The house was amazingly beautiful! The view made up for minor mishaps that the host did everything to fix. All essentials for kitchen were top notch! We had handicap elderly parents. Dad is a disabled veteran which is why we chose a house with an elevator but unfortunately the elevator broke down and was non functional from day one. They made every attempt to remedy and worked for one day on our 5 day stay. Otherwise this was an amazingly beautiful house and would definitely choose this property again in an instant! Spacious house, gorgeous pool, lovely screen porch, absolutely breath taking view from patio and the infinity pool was my favorite above all!
