  • This gorgeous 2.5 bedroom beachside home features 2 King Suites and a bunk area, plus a beautiful and comfy pull out queen sofa. Only 70 footsteps to the beach with great beach/Gulf views. No highway to cross so safe for families and easy to walk to sunset! Perfect for families, girls weekends, or just a couple's getaway. Designed with high-end luxury in mind, Hello Sunshine features a massive living room/kitchen area with Gulf views throughout. Step out on the balcony and enjoy sunrise and sunset with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there's a luxe rainshower in primary bathroom.

    KITCHEN: Huge island with sparkly countertop. Wash dishes and enjoy Gulf views. Fully stocked coffee and wine bar (you bring the wine, LOL).

    Bespoke Samsung appliances lets you cook in the kitchen of your dreams (enjoy the hidden auto-fill water pitcher!) Large island seats 6 and dining table arrives soon. Cafe table on balcony and on ground floor gives you lots of options.

    Every gadget you can think of - this is truly a cook's kitchen!

    WORK AREA: For remote workers, we have added a beautiful workspace with desk and chair, fast internet and a variety of lighting options for you. Your coworkers will drool seeing your gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico.

    GROUND FLOOR: You'll find a luxurious outdoor shower with waterfall, a half bathroom with sink and vanity and toilet. We have a large private outdoor seating area with couch and comfy chairs, a grill, and bocci balls and similar games. Want to truly experience the great outdoors? Enjoy the beautiful outdoor shower to stay cool or just to rinse off the sand.

    This is a truly special home with custom features throughout. You are a short and easy walk to restaurants like Mango Marley's, Caribbean Coffee, the ice cream shop and food trucks. Bike path is across the street and extends for miles. There are two city parks and playgrounds (including pickleball courts) within two blocks.

    Please note that this is a townhouse so there are 3 floors. The kitchen and living room are on the third floor (where the best views are!) and the bedrooms are on the second floor. The stairs are easy to climb but may not be appropriate for those with limited mobility.

Hands down the best!

We love staying here. This was our second stay at Hello Sunshine, but we have booked with April multiple times. She’s so easy to work with and very accommodating. We had to change dates and that was a breeze.This place is so clean,and very well stocked with everything you can think of. We will always use her with Vacation Mexico Beach to book our trip!

Just as beautiful as the photos!

We enjoyed 3 wonderful days and nights at Hello Sunshine. The home is just as beautiful as it is in the listing photos! It’s just steps from the beach and the enclosed outdoor shower made cleaning up afterwards a breeze! We will absolutely be back. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful beach home with our family!

Perfect!

Let's just start by saying how wonderful a host April is!!!! She knows hospitality and it shows!!! We had everything we needed and more. The house was perfected accommodated! And if we needed something she was on it! We hosted 2 families reuniting and there was so much space for everyone to eat and enjoy the beauty. We loved the house so much and will be definitely adding it to our favorite list!!!! Thank you April for being the best!!!!
