DETAILS: Parasol is a beautiful, Gulf-front, bright, and airy 5-bedroom 5.5-bathroom home in the gated Secluded Dunes community that sleeps 12 and is steps away from the St Joe Peninsula State Park. This beachfront home has an elevator, private pool, hot tub– and stunning views from every angle.

The first level of this home on pilings was designed with beach lovers in mind. Guests with an armful of groceries or luggage will enjoy easy access to every floor using the home’s elevator, while the covered area with an outdoor shower is perfect for storing beach gear. The hot tub provides a relaxing nook to enjoy the view, while the private pool is the perfect alternative for any guest looking to make a splash or catch some rays.

The second floor opens to panoramic breathtaking views, while the dark woods and plush furniture provide a pleasant contrast. The primary bedroom provides the perfect oasis with its king bed, private balcony, and a private bathroom. Back down the hall, a living room decorated with traditional Bahamian influences provides the perfect space for guests wanting to enjoy a board game or a movie. French doors open to a deck with 6 lounge chairs and picnic seating—perfect for guests ready to enjoy the beach!

Ascending to the third floor, guests have 4 calming bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and balconies, to choose from. The 2 primary bedrooms with king beds boast spectacular Gulf views, while the queen and bunk room balconies provide the perfect vantage point to enjoy the surrounding area.

With double driveways with parking for 4 vehicles, convenient access to floors, and dune walkover beach access, this beachfront home is perfect for a multigenerational family vacation on the Forgotten Coast.

Great house. Very uncrowded beach. Having nighttime fires on the beach is amazing and the star gazing is phenomenal. Gated neighbor feels very safe. Elevator doors were not easy to use. Back door lock was also not very easy. One of the upstairs beach side rooms did not cool well. House did not have some basic things we would have expected for cost. But overall Cape San Blas is an amazing, non-tourist beach and this house was a good stay.

We’ve stayed at Parasol before. It’s a great house, especially with the added pool. But several major issues (A/C not cooling in main level bedroom, DirecTV not working, elevator lights not working, ice maker not working). I reported this the day after arrival and a 360 Blue tech came by the next morning. Walked him thru everything. He said he would get with the specialists to take care of these pretty major items. Two days later, I received a text from 360 saying a DirecTV tech was on the way. I replied asking about the A/C, elevator and ice maker — reply said they’re scheduling these. But nothing. Then text received on day before departure asking if I was pleased with repairs. WHAT REPAIRS? I don’t know who’s running 360 Blue, but it is a very poorly run outfit. Very disappointing experience. Will never rent a property managed by 360 Blue again.

Thanksgiving Retreat

Multi generational Thanksgiving weekend was so wonderful and relaxing. Something for everyone. Enjoyed sunrises and sunsets, walking and biking along the beach. Watched dolphins playing from the balcony. Lots of fun memories, watching grandchildren having fun Kayaking and warming up in hot tub. So grateful for the elevator for Grandparents.

Great location, great house!

This was a great location (four houses from the State Park) and the house was wonderful. It was well appointed with extra toiletries and other things that might be forgotten.

Awesome Week

We were very happy with the house!! The amenities were great! The only issue we had was with the half bath - it ran alot and was hard to get it to flush. We also had issues with ants that seemed to come in under kitchen sink faucet were the caulk is bad. Other than these 2 things everything was great!
