Upon entering the home, you will be met with mesmerizing views of St Joe Bay. On the first floor, you will find the main living area with kitchen, dining room and two bedrooms with full bath and a half bath. The large living area is centered around views of the bay with a large TV. Enjoy you morning coffee as the sun comes up of over the bay or an evening unwinding on the large screen porch. The first bedroom has a queen bed, full bath and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, full bath and flat screen TV. Breathtaking views of the St Joe Bay are throughout this home. The primary bedroom on the second floor has been designed with relaxation in mind, you can enjoy the comforts of home with a king size bed and flat screen TV and a balcony overlooking the bay. The primary suite has large closets, a tub and separate shower. Also located on the second level is a bunk room. Underneath the home you will find a fish cleaning area and place to cook-up your catch. You can scallop & fish from the dock less than 50 steps from your back door. This bayfront home is in the unique subdivision of Hibiscus Beach and Bay! Skip across the road to the Gulf side dune walkover to catch the Sunset and take a dip in the Gulf of Mexico or the community pool!

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap. All of our homes come with WiFi and cable TV.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
