Welcome to 213 Sea Shack (Left Side of Duplex) – your happy place by the beach! Located in peaceful St. Joseph’s Shores, right in the middle of WindMark Beach, this comfy coastal getaway has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay.

You’ll love being right on the beach with amazing Gulf views and plenty of space to unwind. Sit out on the deck, watch the dolphins play, and catch the most beautiful sunsets. When you’re ready to explore, you’ve got miles of beach to walk or jog plus a 5-mile paved beach trail perfect for biking, skating, or strolling with the kids.

Inside, the home is bright, cozy, and set up for family comfort:

Downstairs:
Living room, full kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom.

Upstairs:
Master bedroom with a king bed, private bath, and gorgeous Gulf view.

Guest bedroom with a queen bed, a twin trundle, and a private bath — great for kids or extra guests.

Need more space? We also manage 209 Sea Shack, right next door — perfect if you’re traveling with friends or extended family.

213 SeaShack is a non-smoking unit. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran's Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf. Keep an eye on the clock because it changes suddenly without much fanfare. Beacon Hill borders Bay County where the local time zone switches to Central.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

They made check in so easy even though we were arriving late! Office staff were awesome! Property was clean and very comfortable! Beach access was great and plenty of space with the private beach!

Family vacation

Best place we've ever stayed! Grandparents in their 60s,kids/spouse (30s & 40s), 1 yr old and 4 yr old, poodle. Pros:We had the best time. The house was just steps away from the quiet beach. My kids found hermit crabs, ghost crabs, blue crabs, and sand flea crabs and beautiful shells all day long. First time coming to this area. No waves so our kids were able to play at the waters edge. I liked the gate on the back balcony which allowed us to not stress about the kids escaping.There was a high chair & camping style foldable chairs,beach bucket/sand toys already there. Also had an outdoor shower. They had a nice guestbook I enjoyed reading but regret forgetting to sign it before leaving.Our neighbors were nice &kept to their selves.My 4 yr old caught about 10 hermit crabs each day which we let go ea. day.Cons: It is one of the older houses on the beach but pretty well taken care of for most part. There was a busted board at the shower deck. Boards on back deck need some tending to.Most of the exterior lights were blown, there were only 2 trash bags so we made a run to Dollar general.The path that goes to the beach needs some mowing back of briars and the end of the path had rotten boards &exposed nails sticking out of wood.( I did not reach out to management for this because we arrived on Fri after hours &checked out Monday morn. They had an on call for emergencies but didn't feel these were). If u go out to eat get there by 5 cuz they stop taking guests-3hr wait

We absolutely loved this private beach stay!!

We loved everything, I will say the living room furniture could be updated but that is the only thing that could have been better. We hopefully will be back next year!!

what a letdown

Disappointed in the condition of the property. It needs some TLC in many areas. Most concerning, they need to repair the walkway to the beach, There are rusted screws sticking up in the posts from the old handrails. Broken blinds, lamps that don't work, door to deck from living room needs repair, windows are so dirty that you can barely see through them, pillows are old and flat.

Great place!

This was our second year to book this house. It is a duplex so neighbors could impact the quality of the stay but our friends booked the opposite side, so it was great for us. The beach in front is good. We anchored our boats right in front of the house. The walkway to the beach is non existent. Pieces of a walkway remain due to hurricane damage but the walk is not bad. Would be good for kids. There is little surf since you’re inside the protection of the bay.

Great stay!

This was the perfect place for my family and pet to stay!! It was a quiet beach and the waves were perfect for the kids to play in. The house was wonderful. It was spacious enough for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook.

Vacation with family and dog

Second time staying here. Loved the privacy and an almost empty beach! Great for my dog . Water was calm, so no fears of him playing in the water. Only complaint I would have was biting flies this year, but you can’t control nature , but you can come prepared! Great location close to down town Port St. Joe to get food !

Great house and location.

We really enjoyed the house. Great location on the St Joseph bay. The only negative is there are a lot of stairs since the house is elevated, but it wasn’t an issue for us. Thanks to the owners for making it available to others.

Prime Location

This property is ocean front! You can see and hear the waves from the master bedroom. Only a 5 min bike ride or walk to nearby Windmark village with shops and dining. The beach was secluded with only a few other homes having access. Will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

This duplex was in a perfect location right on the beach. We did not hear the people in the unit next door, which I expected we would. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy for our family.

Beach getaway

Overall it was very nice....if you are looking to get away from everything and don't want the tourist aspect of it then this is the perfect place. There are lots of stairs!! And the washer and dryer are downstairs in a separate room off of the house. Those would be my complaints. The only other complaint would be the check out process. I'm fine with loading the dishwasher and starting it but they expect you to wash, dry, and put away all dishes. And strip the bedsheets off all the beds. I don't personally feel like this should be my responsibility. I have paid a good chunk of money to stay there. Just my 2 cents....

Water of bay not clear

I loved the house, but I wish the water of the bay was clearer. I'm not sure if it was like that because of the storm. The house area is very private. Great if you want to spend a quiet vacation.

Paradise

Most beautiful place on earth with beautiful sunsets, white sandy beaches, and friendly people. The house was beautifully decorated with such a calm relaxed color and beach theme. The ease of renting the place was phenomenal. Thank you!

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The area was less crowded than any beach we’ve been to—which was ideal this year! The house was nice and fit our family’s needs completely. We spent lots of time on balcony overlooking the beach.

Sea Shack at Port St Joe

About 4 miles from Port St Joe in a quiet little area of the beach. Very peaceful and relaxing, just what we wanted and enjoyed.

Great getaway

We had a great time in this house! Loved being right on the beach. The house was cute, the decks were a perfect sitting spot, and the property manager was quick to solve any problems we had. The only real issues were the trundle had a lot of dog hair on it...so much that my son just slept with me instead of on it. And the boardwalk to the beach is not really there anymore, although it is in the pictures. I'm sure it is all a work in progress after the storm though. None of these were big issues for my crew, but may be for some people. If we decide to come back to the area, we would definitely rent here again.

Private and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay here. It's very peaceful and relaxing. The beach was nice, we enjoyed finding shells and catching blue crabs and hermit crabs with our kids. We plan on coming back next year.

Pleased

The door lock was an aggravation every time we locked and unlocked it. Very good beds, comfy couch and chairs, I wish we would have had more than one set of wash clothe and bath towel per person. So I had to do laundry everyday. Laundryroom is under the house so you have to go outside and downstairs to do laundry. Great air and great double porches.
