Beautiful home. Amazing location with public beach access just across the street. Food trucks of Killer Seafood and TK kitchen nearby were both delicious. Had beach chairs and umbrella delivered daily by Hy Tyde beach services, which was fantastic. Personally, Mango Marley’s was BLAH. Shipwreck was the best food nearby with Port St Joe downtown seafood bar being a close second. Bring beach towels (we had to buy some as we flew in from across the country) and toilet paper…

Overall a great experience. One item to improve is the trash can situation. There is not enough trash cans. The trash from the prior rental was overflowing for several days and blocked the driveway. Recommend as part of the cleaning to remove that trash before new tenants move in. It is the first thing you see on arrival. When we checked out, we have to leave out food trash from the fridge in the same place for the next tenants. Not a good sight. However, everything else was perfect. Thank you for having the beach chairs and cart. Recommend some beach towels for the guests.

Beautiful and Great Location

Great location that was just a quick walk across the road from the beach. The house itself was very nice and very modern. A great place for a family of three or four Tuesday.Location is only about 15 minutes from Port St Joe’s and there is also a great seafood place (Killer Seafood) directly in front of the house.

Grab and go

Everything went smoothly from the moment we showed up until we left. Kitchen was well stocked, grilling was easy, beach was across the street and everybody was happy. Great view and quiet (when the town wasn't paving).
