  • Bordeaux is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the sought-after Sandpiper Bay area of Port St. Lucie, rated 4.9 from over 107 guests and one of VRBO's most consistently reviewed properties in the area.



    The heart of this home is the private heated pool with its own built-in hot tub, set within a fully screened patio. Four sets of patio doors — from the living room, breakfast area, master bedroom, and second bedroom — flood the space with natural light and make the pool the natural centrepiece of every day here. Relax, grill, tan, chill — Florida living at its finest.



    Inside, the layout is generous and well thought out. Two living rooms give everyone space to spread out. A formal dining room, breakfast dinette, and a central kitchen round out the common areas. The master suite features a corner bath, double vanity, and a gorgeous frameless shower. The split floor plan gives the remaining bedrooms and their shared cabana bath real privacy from the master. Washer and dryer are in the garage, and parking for 4 cars is on the driveway with additional garage space.



    Sandpiper Bay is Port St. Lucie's original neighbourhood — quiet, well-lit, and on a no-outlet street with minimal traffic. The Saints Golf Course is a well-run public course just 1.5 miles away. Jensen Beach Park is a 15-minute drive with free parking. Club Med is nearby for day passes and watersports. St. Lucie Botanical Gardens and Clover Park (spring training home of the Mets) are both within 20 minutes. US1 is 3 minutes east for restaurants, shops, and daily essentials.



    We also have two public boat ramps nearby — C24 and River Park just off Veterans Memorial Parkway. You're welcome to park a boat at the house.



    No smoking inside the property — smoking is permitted on the patio and outside. This home is professionally pest-treated regularly. As with all tropical Florida properties, occasional harmless insects may be seen — this is normal and not grounds for a refund.

Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen area was great everything we needed to prepare meals and eat. There is always room for improvement like having a TV in every bedroom and detachable showerheads. But overall this place is awesome for a family big or small. I really give it a 4.5 stars

Great for families

We had a great experience. The house was clean, beds were comfortable! The pool was so nice! Wish we had more time to spend at this house. The owner was so quick to respond to any questions. Plenty of towels and room for everyone. I would highly recommend!

Escaping the North

Home was a haven from the cold north. Great neighborhood and neighbors are friendly and ties to our area at home. Felt very friendly and secure. Home was as advertised. Loved the jacuzzi! Close to beaches and great restaurants. Spacious and perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I went to Florida the week of Christmas. We had a great time staying at Colin and Andrea’s place. Everything was just like home and the beds were comfortable. It was nice sitting on the patio for breakfast in the morning. If we come back to Florida next year, we will know where to stay. The Blackstones

We had a great stay. Spacious pool home was well stocked with everything and more, especially if you have a baby/toddler. Love the layout of the home and being able to see the pool. Excellent communication and responsiveness from host. There's a guidebook with information and local recommendations.

Peaceful and beautiful space, very well maintained. Great pool with hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient location. Owners available if needed for questions. Would highly recommend this property!!

Great house in good neighborhood

We felt very much at home in this house. The heated pool and hot tub were great! Colin and Andrea were very helpful and most accomodating. The house is well stocked with plenty of towels and hangers in each closet. Thanks for a great month!

Excellent Place to Stay

It was more than I expected. Really clean, spacious, and included a lot of extras inside the home. Its located to near many Grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Many of which delivered. The owners were quick to assist, accommodating, and Welcoming.

Perfect location!

The house was perfectly located for where we wanted to be. Close to family and friends and all of our favorite restaurants. The pool and spa were our favorite spot for the two weeks. The house had everything we needed as far as bedrooms and kitchen necessities. There was only one larger beach towel, so it was a good thing that some of us brought them. We found the 500 pc. puzzles and did put them together in the evening. Thank you!

My 67th Birthday Getaway

This house was everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. It is clean and spacious. The covered patio and pool, plus jacuzzi was the best. The area is quiet and so are we. The neighbors were friendly on our very first day. Shopping os pretty close ans restaurants. The hosts Colin and Andrea responds quickly to any questions or problems. We would love to stay her again. Great Location

The house is well appointed with pretty much everything you will need such as paper priducts, appliances (both a coffee pot and a Kureg), toaster, blender, etc which is great. The pool is great and has a fence if you have little ones. The primary bedroom is across the house from the other two bedrooms which is good for quiet if your family likes to go to bed at different times. I think the best part about this house though is the location. Very close to Hwy 1 and everything you will need during your stay. Communication with the owners is great and check in/check out super easy. All in all, a great home and a great stay.
