Sandpiper Bay Breeze On A Lake By The Golf Course (Club Med Area)

You are going to ABSOLUTELY LOVE this fully renovated Lake Front house. This is the perfect property to enjoy a relaxing stay in the Port Saint Lucie area. This house is in an absolutely amazing location, centrally located to all of the local attractions, entertainment and dining. Best of all, it's tucked away in a quiet, super safe neighborhood where you can comfortably relax & enjoy the peace and quiet of Florida.

Personally, when we stay at this property, we enjoy having morning coffee in the backyard adirondock chairs, overlooking the waterway. At that hour, you can enjoy the ducks, herons & even a local peacock that frequents the yard. Sitting out there during sunset is another amazing experience as you'll get to experience the herons winding down into the beautiful pink evening Florida sky. The backyard is completely fenced, with a gate access to get closer to the water if you enjoy fishing ( The waterway is full of bass and bluegill).

This house is a 3 Bedroom - 2 Bath house, with large floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining areas to ensure plenty of natural light & beautiful relaxing views throughout your stay. You will also enjoy lounging in the air conditioned "Florida Room" and staring out into the yard (that's one of our favorite place to entertain friends/play cards).

The house comes with everything that you would need on your stay (cooking supplies, silverware, bedding, sheets, etc)

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood

My husband and I have worked remotely for a month in Rich’s house, while enjoying his house by a small lake full of wildlife. Our host was very responsive and attentive - he even took our suggestion to install a grill in the backyard! There are many trails and sidewalks around the house, with nice and uncrowded beaches just 15-20 minutes of driving, and the beautiful town of Stuart is a few miles away. If you are looking for a laidback place at a reasonable price, this is your place. Thank you Rich!

Nice visit

My husband and I stayed for five nights and loved the porch and watching the birds. Very peaceful and quiet. A bit dated but listing accurate and very clean. Beds very comfortable. Only wished for two things: an iPhone charger and more up to date beach chairs :)

A great little house!

We enjoyed our stay @ Sandpiper. The house was well stocked with items that we would need and is located on a quiet street away from the heavy traffic in Port St. Lucie. We had an issue with the tv when we first arrived and Rich responded to my text immediately and issue was resolved. We would definitely stat here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much! The home was the one of the cleanest we have stayed in .Location great , enjoyed the back yard bird watching during the day and star gazing at night.
