Relax by the heated 30 ft pool which includes a bench at the deep end with jets. Gather your friends or family members and play corn hole or ladder ball. The the pool deck has a table that can seat 6 people and small a table for 2 under the lights. If you like to cook outside you are welcome to us the gas grill. Turn on the pool light and waterfall and enjoy a glass of wine. The pool area also offers a 65 inch smart Tv.

When it comes to location this home has it all as it is within a 5 minute drive to 2 wonderful golf courses, tennis courts and The Port St Lucie Botanical Gardens/Riverwalk is only a short walk away.

You may find music and events on the weekends local at Riverwalk various bars and at the Mid Florida event Center. You can explore fantastic beaches just 20 minutes away or take a ride to the NY Mets stadium Clover Park it is only a 20 minute drive.

Our pool is heated all year round, and has a large screened patio area with exterior dining options, The back yard is a great place to play corn hole, or ladder ball.

You will have access to the entire home and the storage shed where you may find games, floats, some beach gear and an extra table and folding chairs. The garage is used for storage and you will not have access to it.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to shopping, parks beach and quick access to boat ramps. The driveway has parking for 4 cars but no garage access.

you will have access to the entire home except for one of the closets in the master bedroom and the garage will be locked for our storage.

Lovely family friendly street in a great area. Sandpiper Bay was the first community in Port St Lucie but is not gated. It is still one of the most sought after areas in Port St Lucie

Car is best, but walking to the local shops and restaurants is possible. We have a Publix close by!

Pool heat is automatic and is heated year round if necessary. There are no controls for the guests to change.
