Aspectos negativos: Limpieza
When I arrived at the premises I had to open the driveway gate. It was half broken and difficult to open which aggravated my arthritis. Upon making my way to the door I noticed the grass was overgrown and there were small spots of poop all over the patio entry. It was dark inside even though it was a sunny midafternoon day and I felt at least two fleas flying inside the residence. One window is blocked by the bed frame, another is difficult to open as it's behind the kitchen sink and the bathroom window wouldn't open. In addition, when I tried to open the window the plastic shade fell off and into the fabric curtain which knocked over the vase which nearly fell off the table. The air conditioner never shut off regardless of the temperature and cycle setting. I did not sleep much the first (and only) evening as the air conditioner is old and loud which aggravated my tinnitus and I felt like I had bugs on my body all night. In the morning I woke up and headed to the bathroom and noticed a live scorpion at the entrance. I did not feel clean and comfortable at this residence so I contacted the owner to explain the situation and my experience. I requested a refund for the unused days and she tried to start a debate with me. I now have to deal with Vrbo to get my money back as the owner did not credit much money back to my credit card. I don't see how this place was an exceptional stay with my recent experience.
