The place was clean and the hosts had made if feel welcoming with little touches such as arranging the towels into birds (which I took a picture of). It was located in a great neighborhood. Josh was a great host to work with. Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable. Right size for 1or 2 people. Would be very crowded for 4. Enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Family visit
My son lives in the area so I try to stay close to his apartment complex when I visit. This guest house was perfectly located to him and all the area beaches and parks. Perfectly decorated and furnished with everything I needed. The pool was a bonus and quite relaxing after sightseeing all day. I look forward to staying here next time I come to town.

I rented a place for my daughter and I when we went down to Florida to visit a friend. The place was extremely clean and neat with several resources provided. The images linked to the place are completely accurate to the physical appearance. The host was quick to reply and extremely kind. The stay was overall very comfortable and we would 100% rent this place again.

Amazing stay
Josh was very nice and understanding of our situation. He replied back in a very respectful and time manner. His home was very clean and very nice. It was a great stay for us and our dogs. Will definitely book again with Josh!

This truly is a beautiful property. Very clean and decorated beautifully. The owner was nice and kept in good communication. However, when our plans changed and we decided to bring our 10yr old daughter. He charged us extra $10 and hounded us for it as soon as we got there. We were literally there 30 mins when he knocked on the door asking for it and then text about it later. There were only 3 towels. One for each. What if we wanted to get in the pool? Were we to use the same towels? I would probably stay again as the property is beautiful but the owner rubbed me the wrong way.
