AWESOME Location with a Canal view

Please read entirely to make sure this is a good fit for you. My favorite part of coming here is the great Location in Port Richey . 2 Bedrooms , 2 Bath Home on a canal( NO DOCK). We have a Keyless Lock so you don't have to worry about keys. Nice Full size kitchen . 50 inch Smart TV antenna NO cable, Comfortable Mattresses in Both Bedrooms, Tankless Hot Water Heater so you don't run out of Hot Water! Wonderful location walking distance to 3 Parks and many restaurants in the area. Come enjoy our getaway home, We want you to feel right at home. and a clean (OUTSIDE only) security system recently added for extra peace of mind .

EVACUATION/HURRICANES
We do not give refunds unless our county (Pasco) is evacuated. If you are traveling from June-November and are worried about weather (red tide, hurricanes, etc.) impacting your stay, please purchase travel insurance as this is something we do not issue refunds for cancellations since it is beyond our control.

It met our needs

This home is an older home that has been very well updated inside. It had everything we needed, including good beds and mattresses. We were very comfortable there. The owner was great to work with.

Mary was AMAZING

Let me start off by saying that Mary was an amazing host. As soon as I booked her property, she called me with my access code and location. She made special accommodations for our trip as well. The location is great!! There are several tiki bars within a mile of the location. It was a very quiet location as well. The beach themed items are a PLUS. Everything was clean, and there was plenty of cooking items if you plan to stay in. We were very happy with our visit and would recommend her to a couple or a small family.

Perfect getaway

House was perfect! Super host doesn’t begin to describe. Communication - excellent! Amenities - abundant! Location - couldn’t have been closer to where we wanted. Beaches, food, activities minutes away. Canal was fun for catch/release. House had everything you want or need. Best stay on VRBO yet.

My family loved their stay at this house! Great neighborhood within close proximity to shops and food. Great little park right down the street. Bike path right outside the house with bikes provided by owners (kids loved that). House was spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities provided. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Short drive to beaches in area. My son enjoyed fishing off the canal in backyard. Friendly, kind neighbors. Mary made us feel at home and was GREAT from the very beginning with communicating and keeping us posted. Great experience! Highly recommend this host and house

Exactly what we were looking for

Traveled to the west coast of Florida for a little fishing get away with a buddy. Location was convenient to the boat that we were fishing on and very convenient to all of the restaurants and stores in the area. We traveled from a very rural area so it was nice to have so many things so close. The house was great and the canal in the backyard is a nice touch and another fishing opportunity. The absolute best part of the entire experience was Mary who was absolutely responsive from the moment I booked until I returned home.

Old Florida Vacation

Mary's place was clean and neat.Nice touch with the fruit and tea upon arrival. Everything worked well . Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need . Very close to walmart and a couple of good restarurants , I fished off and on in the canal caught a redfish along with a few other species..

Home away from home

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to Florida and staying in this house. There is nothing but good things to say about it. We felt safe. It was quiet, clean and comfy. Great bed. The location is good for little trips. Bike trails nearby. Shopping everywhere for everything. Minutes from Rt. 19 which will get you anywhere. Hope to visit again next year!

Good location and close to several beaches and nice resturants

Property was clean and comfortable. Had all the aminities we needed for our two week stay. Location was close to several beaches and good restaurants. Road outside was a little noisy but calmed down after 6 or 7 O'clock in the evening. TV service could be improved. As we do not have any on line services we could bring with us. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
