The heart of the home is the vaulted Great Room, anchored by a massive charcoal modular sectional and a floor-to-ceiling matte black fireplace. Whether you are hosting a festive dinner or a casual brunch, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to handle up to 12 guests. Enjoy formal meals at the 8-person dining table or pull up one of the 4 minimalist barstools to the stunning marble waterfall island.

Luxurious Accommodations
The Master Sanctuary: Retreat to the primary suite featuring a king-sized bed, plush reading nook, and a private deck perfect for twilight water views.

Refined Guest Rooms: Two additional bedrooms offer queen-sized beds with nautical-inspired decor, including decorative oars and high-quality linens.

The Multi-Functional Nook: This versatile area serves as a dedicated home office for remote work and features comfortable sofa beds to accommodate 2 additional guests.

The home features 4 bedrooms and multiple sleeping areas to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Perfect for big family or groups of friends/families! Water Activities: Use of our water gears—including 3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and one Dinghy boat—is complimentary for guests. Please note that a $500 fully refundable deposit is required for their use.

Waterfront Access: Please note that access to the lakefront is via a gentle natural path with built-in outdoor steps/staircases on a slope. We recommend flat footwear, and guests with mobility limitations should take extra care.

Motorized Boating: Please contact the host for more details regarding watercraft. Motorized boats are available only through a 3rd party provider with an exclusive guest discount.
