This is a single story 2 unit duplex style home. Home is only accessible by stairs. The back unit of the property is rented to a long term tenant in good standing and they have NO access to the front part of the home. Private parking available on site with ample parking for multiple cars as needed.

Quiet neighborhood lining the Halifax river. One of our favorite local restaurant's, Aunt Catfish's is located one block away on the corner of Dunlawton Ave. and Halifax Dr. Hardee's, Pat's Barbershop and La Cantina Mexicana are right behind us on the corner of U.S. 1.

This home features a private driveway. The beach is 3 minutes by car. Most dining options you would desire are a short 2-10 minute drive from the house. The Daytona International Speedway and/or famous Daytona Boardwalk/Pier are 15-20 minutes away.

Please Note:
Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit required for every booking per House Rules; booking implies agreement to pay deposit and honor rules. Unpaid deposit means no entry.
The kitchen sink takes a minute to warm up and needs to be fully turned on to hot in order to heat.

Sheets and pillows for the pull out bed will be in the sailboat bedroom closet.

Beach supplies are located in the lighthouse bedroom closet.

Vacuum, broom, etc. are also located in the lighthouse bedroom closet.

Trash cans are located at the rear of the house.
