If your travel itinerary is such that you need early check-in or late check-out, let us know and we will try to accommodate.

Primary renter must be 27 or over and must be staying in the vacation home during reservation period.

After your departure, the accommodation is inspected by Housekeeping Inspectors. The accommodation must be left in reasonable and clean condition or extra cleaning charges may be imposed by an hourly rate. In the event that it is found that the accommodation incurred careless damages, requires excessive cleaning, or has missing items, the guest acknowledges and agrees to replace said items at the fair market price, invoices will be provided if necessary.

We protect security of our guests. For this reason we have installed a security system incl. bulglary and fire alarm. There are also the following outdoor cameras in use:
1. Outdoor camera front door (covering entry area)
2. Outdoor camera carport (covering driveway/carport)
3. Outdoor camera pool (covering pool water surface)
4. Outdoor camera porch (covering sliding door and part of porch)

Hurricane season information: during severe storms or major hurricanes we try to do everything for your security. Before and after storms/hurricanes a handyman coming to check the property, building and install hurricane panels on all windows and doors. Most of the windows we secure with durable hurricane panels. We would like to point it out, according to Florida's law, guests are in case of danger obliged to grant access to the house.
