The "BUNGALOW" welcomes you to fun and relaxation year around. Whether enjoying some of the best fishing, hunting, birdwatching, or beach ventures on the Texas Gulf Coast, this house is equipped to provide you with a pleasurable stay just minutes from the boat ramps.
The Bungalow offers a master bedroom and bath with 2 full beds. The 2nd bedroom has two twin over full bunks, plus, there is a daybed and trundle in the Living Room, all comfortably sleeping 7 total guests.

Amenities include a stocked pond for your "catch and release" pleasure or a nature walk; a paddle boat and kayaks moored at the dock for your use on the pond; corn hole game; bird watching of multiple species; and relaxing on the deck watching your favorite game on the outdoor TV. Don't be alarmed by the sentry geese that patrol the property-just toss them some provided corn and they will disappear. Please, closely supervise children at all times around the pond, and be aware that all activities are at your own risk.

A note about parking; There are 3 rental units on this property. Please, be mindful of other guests needing to get by without shredding up the yard to get out. Take care not to block in the guests in the adjacent rental. Parking to the east of the house in the grass is acceptable.

There are outdoor security cameras. These surveil the yard and are not armed during your stay.

Details of the accommodations are apparent in the pictures, but some other convenient extras include:

*TV in all bedrooms and living room and deck; streaming/Roku
*Burn pit for evening gatherings
*Complimentary 5G Wi-Fi
*RV hook up for your extra guests
*Large comfortable deck with fans and outdoor cooking (flat iron grill, fish fryer,
propane grill}. A steel smoker/bbq pit is available, as well.
* Shower, hand, and dish soap plus shampoo is provided-not laundry detergent.
*To reduce BPA exposure, all cookware/utensils are stainless, glass, or wood.

Family fun

Loved everything about the Bungalow. The house offered everything our family of 10 needed or wanted. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable. The back porch was a favorite spot for all.Grandkids enjoyed kayaking on the backyard pond. Hope to return next year!

Beautiful place

We enjoyed the house, was very nice very clean . The deck was awesome to sit and relax on great view. Even enjoyed thw ducks and geese feeding them . Will most definitely be back . Communication with property owner was A plus.

We stayed at the Bungalow and Bunker with our daughter, son in law and four grandchildren. We loved the feel of the place from the moment you walked in the front door. The back porch was a nice place to have coffee, read a book and watch the wildlife. The family room was comfortable. And the decor was awesome. The kids loved having space to run around. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The owners are super organized and have lots of information posted. The grandkids want to come back on their next break.

Best place in Port O Conner.

My friends and their family loved it. Plenty of things to keep the kids busy. Kids loved hanging out by the water and feeding and chasing ducks. They caught a huge 6 lb bass in the pond. We hung out mostly on the huge back porch and we loved how every bedroom has their own bathroom room area. We ate all our meals there and it had everything we needed. The house was also very clean and organized. The owners were very thoughtful with all the notes and instructions around the house which made the entire stay very easy. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Thanksgiving trip

We had a relaxing thanksgiving here. This house is so cute and cozy. The back patio was a great place to hang out and watch the wildlife. I’ll miss the geese. Lots of amenities provided. Exactly as shown and described. We loved it, Thank you!!

Fantastic Vacation

After staying at this property for the third time, there was no regrets. The amenities are fantastic and there is no better bang for your buck in the POC area. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet vacation spot with an abundance of room for multiple families!

Just as advertised!

This is an amazing property. Lots of space to roam and beautiful birds to watch. The beds were very comfortable and everything you need is already on site. Tom and Adrian were great hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely hope to visit again!
