Aloha, e komo mai! Find a true escape in the luxe comfort of this beautifully decorated, two-story condo situated moments (a couple hundred feet) away from the waterfront! Ludlow Seaside Hale' has a subtle Hawaiian theme and, as you may already know, Hawaii is all about relaxing, taking it easy, and creating everlasting memories with your loved ones. "Hale'" means "home" in Hawaiian, and this splendid retreat is all about feeling right at home!

One gesture from the owners that makes this condo unique is the basket full of fuzzy socks near the lanai doors. The tag reads, "For those cool Ludlow evenings on the lanai. Take them home!" Slip into these cute, fuzzy socks and snuggle up on the cozy sofa on the lanai as you admire the gorgeous views of the bay.

Inside, this bright and airy home features a welcoming living area with carpeted floors, a large smart TV with streaming services, and a record player with a vinyl record collection for a bit of vintage fun! Curl up on the sofa as you listen to your favorite tunes, stream an entertaining movie or show, or simply get lost in any of the fantastic books provided.

The kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals, including an air fryer, a Keurig machine, a limited supply of Keurig K Cups, coffee, cocoa, and creamers. Between the living room and kitchen, find a well-equipped bar with all the essentials to prepare refreshing cocktails and mocktails.

The upstairs loft provides an inviting spot to read your favorite books, play board games, or challenge each other to a Nintendo Switch game. Melt into a restful sleep in either of the primary suites on the main floor. Each suite enjoys access to an en suite bathroom and a smart TV. The bathrooms can only be accessed through the bedrooms.

In addition to everything the condo has to offer, you'll also have access to a plethora of fantastic resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball/tennis courts, a bubbly hot tub, a sauna, a well-appointed fitness center, a recreation center, and a business center.

Baseboard heaters are the primary source of heating for this home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
