  • Spend your next getaway at this beautiful Casita at the South Padre Island Golf Course. This Casita is a 2 bedroom ,2 bath with 1 car garage with 990 sq. ft duplex style unit . It has a patio screened deck with tiled porch and outside furniture and a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Casita includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, 65" Smart Flat Screen TV with a Bluetooth Yamaha 300 and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.

    This Casita has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a flat screen TV for group gathering or to sit around and watch family movies.
    The master bedroom has a Queen bed with 40"Roku Smart flat screen TV for nighttime viewing. and comes with a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has one Queen bed and a full bathroom in the hallway

    The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

Awesome Place

The housing was awesome! The location is perfect, not far from anything. Smooth sailing checkin & beautiful home. Neighborhood is quiet and safe feeling too. Loved it, would definitely recommend.

No beach near property

There is not a 5 min walk to a beach anywhere near this property and there is a huge distance from the property to the club house. We were given the wrong codes so we were not able to check out the pools or gym or tennis court that is mentioned.

I would not recommend this property this is managed through a property manager and they falsely accusing us that we have taken a comforter and charged us more money again ! I have filed for a credit card dispute and also filed a complaint with Expedia . Do your self a favor stay away from this re rental . They also told us that if we set the thermostat below seventy three degrees then the a/c system would fail and there would be a charge for that , also they said we had gone through toiletries more than we should go figure . In short not worth it !!
