Excellent Property with One major drawback

We love the house and the pool. We did not love the location. The house sits on a very busy road. You can’t sit outside and enjoy company and talk because of how loud it is. The advertisement never mention. That area was it was probably the biggest disappointment.

New Years visit

Property was very nice and a great layout. The kitchen had everything needed to make a nice family meal and also had a very nice outdoor grill. The pool was nice and owners turned up the heat on pool since the weather was getting cool. Beautiful property that I will definately stay at again if in the area.

Highly recommend but….

This home is absolutely stunning and the host have thought of EVERYTHING! My family and I (4 adults & 2 kids) stay in 4 VRBOs a year and this is the NICEST one we’ve ever stayed in. The home is so CLEAN, so well stocked, and so well designed! I would suggest new pictures because the house has updates that make it even better!!! The only downside is the location being so close to a very, very busy road and the noise level that it creates. Otherwise, I would highly highly highly recommend this property!

Amazing stay

The property itself was located in a subdivision where we could comfortably walk our dog. The house was very clean with all described amenities. Our family enjoyed our vacation so much that we’d definitely consider returning. Also had an opportunity to talk with the owners who were lovely people.

Great stay in Port Charlotte!

Very clean property. It worked well for everyone in our family to have their own space plus the great kitchen and living room. House was stocked with pool and beach towels plus all the beach gear. Only negative comment would be to remove the photo of the garage since we missed in the fine print that we don’t get access to the garage.

Our MLB Spring training home away from homem

This is a beautiful home, just like it is advertised. Though the nearby road noise was significant, noise cancelling headphones did the trick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Beautiful home and nice location

Our home and hosts were so very nice. The house and pool is gorgeous. It was a great location for us as we have friends in several nearby locations ( Boca Grande, Venice, Rotunda West and Punta Gorda) which was no more than 15-30 minutes each to place. There was a bit of construction noise in the area but this cannot be helped. Overall, we loved the house and would book again.

Remarkable Family Stay

This is a remarkable piece of real estate in a very nice area of SW Florida. The accommodations were to say the least, exceptional! We were a family of nine and we cooked in most evenings because we had wee ones with us. The cookware and kitchen supplies were abundant and of the highest quality. The hosts were gracious and so accommodating during our entire stay. Don’t pass this one up if you are looking for a family retreat of the highest quality.

Our stay was amazing. The house was beautiful with great decor. We enjoyed the pool. It was a fairly short drive to beaches and groceries. We visited friends in the area so this was a good location for us. The owner promptly responded to any issues we had.

Beautiful Home

This home is very beautiful and comfortable! There are all the amenities you could possibly need and few you didn’t realize you needed but now cannot do without!! The owners are very gracious, responsive and accommodating!! We had to extend our stay by a few days and the homeowner revised our booking immediately! Would love to book again!!
