Bed rm. 2 is the blue room, queen bed decorated to make you feel like your in the tropics. Bed rm. 3 is the Jungle rm. offering a beautiful Jungle mural and decorations, Queen size bed. Tile flooring through out. Fully stocked kitchen you'll have all the comforts of home. Breakfast bar with 3 stools and High top table for 4. Pool side offers Sunshine and Sunsets, lots of pool toys and floats, 6 lounger chairs for sunning, New Rectangle table with bench seat and 4 chairs under roof and 2 additional chairs w/small table to sit and enjoy the sunsets, gas grill for barbecuing . Beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys for your enjoyment. Small children life vest are available in the garage. Full of Family fun or quiet R & R. Charlotte County has the most pristine water ways in SW Florida, 1/2 hour from the beaches. Sarasota 45 mile north and Fort Myers 40 miles south. This house is very comfortable and we have enjoyed our stay. The hosts have thought of everything from the well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and comfortable bedding, to the sparkling clean pool. We would not hesitate to stay here again and even wound up extending our stay. The hosts were incredible and communication was fantastic. The neighborhood was very nice and located close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Exceeded expectations!!

We absolutely loved our time here! The house was clean, tidy and well stocked! It was perfect for a family with older kids. The hosts were very helpful with our questions and stayed in contact with us through the remainder of the stay to ensure we had a pleasant stay! Would highly recommend these hosts and this unit to others!!!

Comfortable, good location.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at this home. The house was stocked well for all our needs. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The pool temperature was perfect and they don’t charge extra for the heating. Nice quiet neighborhood, yet located close to restaurants and shopping.

Our almost two month stay was great. House was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone friendly. Low traffic streets offered lots of safe walking. Very convenient to shopping and other activities in area. Already booked a stay next year. Thank you Kim and Bill!

A perfect house in a perfect location

The house is comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom is private from the other bedrooms and has direct access to the patio. The pool is refreshing with lots of pool furniture and covered area also. It is conveniently located near friends we visited. It is a comfortable house with all the amenities.

my trip was to visit with our family that live close by. it was great. Granddaughters loved the pool. thought there was a hot tub but looks like it was removed. but the house was wonderful regardless. Very clean and had what we needed. close to everything. would stay again.

Lovely Home, Perfect Stay!

My husband and I stayed first 2 weeks in July(Family in the area). Of all the places we have VRBOed, this was the homiest! Safe,quiet neighborhood, quick access to Punta Gorda, Englewood, Boca Grande.Kim was instantly available( we had a short power outage).Pool was clean and absolutely lovely! Side note:Primary shower was fine and typical set up for SWFL, used a mat.Finally a/c temp of 78F was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

Comfortable winter escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 weeks at this very comfortable, relaxing property. The home is clean, well maintained, and as described in the listing. The lanai and heated pool were the highlight of our stay as we truly just wanted to relax. The neighborhood was great! We walked our dog twice daily and felt very safe. We did eat in quite a bit. Kitchen is stocked with all the basics. All appliances worked very well. There is a wide variety of shopping and restaurants within short drives. Kim is a great host, responsive to any question you may have. We would not hesitate to stay again!
