Boasting updated design comfort and features including a private, fully screened heated pool, this East Englewood home offers a quiet, convenient location within walking distance to The Cove of Rotonda Golf Center and near Manasota Key beaches, great golf, shopping, dining, and convenience. Must-visit attractions include Cape Haze Pioneer Trail Park, Village Of Holiday Lake, Tringali Park, and Venice Performing Arts Center.

The home's bright, single-level floor plan features a spacious, open layout well-appointed for modern living. Prepare at-home meals with ease in the full kitchen, equipped with gorgeous counters, countertop gadgets, and a sleek array of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. There's breakfast bar seating for up to eight and sit-down meals can be enjoyed in the front dining area. After you've had your fill of sun and adventure for the day, unwind on one of the living room sofas while streaming shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. If you need to make this a work/play vacation, a dedicated desk is conveniently equipped for remote work or study needs.

Spend your days at the private, screened pool or relax in the breezy shade of the patio while enjoying your favorite cold beverage. In the evenings, keep outdoor entertainment going around the gas fire table on the patio lounge.

All three bedrooms feature smart TVs for added guest convenience. Primary guests will enjoy private, en suite bathroom access. A second full bathroom is shared between the other two guest rooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was clean & quiet. There was a leak between master bedroom and bathroom coming from the overhead light which was dangerous. I got up in middle of the night & slipped on the flooding on the tile.

Will definitely be back
Renting a house is so much better than a hotel. You have the option to cook on your own or go out. This house was clean, roomy and tastefully decorated. I’ll never stay in a hotel again.

Dirty, sparsley furnished
We were looking forward to staying at this location. However, after settling in, it became apparent that the minimum is provided in this home and kitchen items were put away dirty. I had to rerun all flatware through the dishwasher and clean the drawer that was full of crumbs and a few dead bugs. There was not one single teaspoon in the drawer. There were dirty plates in the cupboard as well. The only kitchen towels provided were two well-worn, stained towels. I bought my own. The floor was so filthy, my grandsons feet turned black when they walked on the floor barefoot. When my daughter took her shower, the towel she grabbed was full of long black hair (not ours). It was disappointing there was no patio table on the lanai; something I missed seeing in the photos. Couches were extremely uncomfortable and the streaming for the tv's was difficult to navigate with remotes that didn't always work. The home does have two pack and play's and a highchair; convenient for my infant granddaughter. Overall, 3 stars for effort. We won't be staying there again.

Pool is the best!
Other reviews are accurate. We arrived late at night and the roads to the property were poorly lit. As others have said, it needs a really good, thorough deep clean, utensils and dishes in the kitchen were dirty, fan blades were dirty, return air vents dirty. The home has a great functional layout, perfect for kids and adults. The pool was fantastic, and it was so nice to have a private back and front yard (there is a home being built right on the back side however). We had a problem with the kitchen faucet and the company was prompt in their help and communication with the issue. Overall, we would stay here again, assuming the property was deep cleaned upon arrival.

We loved staying near Englewood. Great beaches (Stump pass is a favorite) Dog loved going for hikes at Lemon Bay park and cedar point. Publix being one minute away was also a plus. We both do aquatic exercises year round so it was great having pool. Our only complaints were the uncomfortable couches and lack of outdoor table. Otherwise a great trip

Nice Home, needs a little TLC
The best features of this home are the outdoor screened area and huge pool. Overall I would stay here again but there are some things that could use a little care. An outdoor dining set would be nice. Couches were a little uncomfortable. Master bedroom needs window treatments. Home needs a deep cleaning (fan blades, cupboards, trim/baseboards). It was a nice getaway, just offering these suggestions to mgmt company. With the right care this place could be a 5 star easily. Also, lose the epool heat charge which is excessive. 4th rental I’ve stayed in this year and only one that charged to heat the pool. Work it into the rental cost if needed.

House with Potential
Rocky start to a vacation as house was FILTHY and stinky upon arrival. After giving a thorough cleaning and sanitizing the place, requesting new cookware as the stuff left had burned on food and was unusable), the location of the house, the convenience to stores and beaches became more the focus. The management company should develop a simple checklist for the cleaning crew and tenants so the house is better cared for and everyone wins. Half of the kitchen utensils were under beds along with dust and uneaten food! A checklist and better on-site accurate reports from cleaning crew (using a simple checklist) would eliminate that problem. On the plus side, the evenings had beautiful starry nights on display… lots of natural wildlife around (coyotes, bobcats, raccoons etc). The remote location has lots of roads to walk on without a car in sight which was lovely for the dog. The few neighbors we encountered were lovely. I would stay again, but make a specific request to be sure the house is clean.
