The property inside was very clean and newly remodeled. The outside lanai was clean and the pool was nice along with the covered eating area allowed to be outside in a shaded area.

Vacation

The house is clean, comfortable and updated. The pool area is a little run down, but nice for the kids. The dock needs work, there are some rotted and broken boards. The location is good and an easy drive to area beaches. We enjoyed our stay.

A great month

This was our second year at this property. The property was spotless when we arrived and it felt like being home. We were happy to see that the lanai and the roof over the patio had been replaced. Yanett, our contact person, was very responsive to any of our needs, although there weren't many. It was a great month of relaxing in the sun.

Lovely house, everything is clean and new

Stayed 4 nights. Did have to run out to get a lot of things that would be normal essentials - no coffee, shampoo, body soap, laundry detergent , salt and pepper etc. however the house is clean and new and everything was as described. Ping pong in garage was a nice touch.

Unresponsive property representative. Therefore problems never resolved for week long stay. Even the third party rental agency could not get a response from her during our stay.House was clean upon arrival. Most features worked, though several did not. Pool enclosure screen is repaired and in good shape as of March 2026.Previous Vrbo experiences have been good for us, but this one was lackluster due to multiple tiers of property management and the third tier property representative who never responded. Unfortunately, that unresponsive person is the only one who can do anything. Overall, the property, price, and location were positive, but the unresponsive property manager makes this property a "do not recommend."

A Good Month

The house was very clean. The fact that there was a washer and dryer was a pleasant surprise as this was not listed on the amenities. Not having the lanai over the pool was a big disappointment, especially not knowing about that until a week before our arrival. It would have been nice for Evolve to disclose that. The only major issue was the door to the pool area had a major sticking issue, almost had to beat on it to open. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

Pleased With Stay

Property was well maintained except fold door to laundry room. There was what appeared to be a possible burn mark on ottoman that i promptly took a picture of sent to owner on first night we settled in. I received no response. Was hoping for a list of items that were previously damaged so as not worry that we would be blamed. I would have liked some reassurance that owner knew about these things before we arrived. Owner did respond to our call as we had trouble getting in. Wrong code apparently. Also they talked me through turning on pool heater who’s h was much needed since we had a cold spell in Florida. Overall place was clean and comfortable!

Renting was good!! Needs improving in the television. Should have more than Hulu in the bedrooms, should also have regular tv.

Overall nice place to stay

House was suitable for us as a family. Everything seemed as advertised. We flew in so we were limited on space, would have been nice to have laundry soap at the house. Beach towels were not listed but they had plenty so that was nice!
