✔️ No smoking inside the property.

✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed

✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises.

✔️ Do not leave food or debris that can attract pests. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.

✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.

✔️ Please report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in.

✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions.

✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host`s approval.

✔️ Must be at least 21 years old to book

✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.

We use ChargeAutomation to provide a secure guest portal, which can be shared with your group and adds an extra layer of verification to prevent fraudulent bookings. You`ll receive this link after your booking is confirmed.



📌 We hold a security deposit during your stay, which will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

📌 Our home includes 3 regular beds. An air mattress will be provided for extra accommodation over 6 guests.



📌 Pack ’n Play is available upon request at no extra cost. It is stored away unless needed, so please let us know in advance if you’d like it set up.



📌 There is an optional daily pool electric heat fee of $15/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). Otherwise, the pool can be solar heated at no cost.



📌 We’d like to set your expectations that the heated pool temperature will be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heater reaches its limit and is unable to overcome the weather.
