Cozy home to stay away from home while enjoying beautiful Florida . You will have entier house to yourselves. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, one king bed and one quin bed, 2 sleeper
sofas for two people each, and folded twin bed( up to 8 sleeping spaces). You can find some snacks in the refrigerator, icecream, coffee, tea. We have some of the beach supplies. You will love our place!

Great communication with the house. great location as well. Overall, it was very welcoming and perfect for our family of 5 to stay here. It was priced well, and overall, pretty clean. It needed a deep cleaning with some baseboards and tiles in the showers, but the beds, towels, pillow cases, etc. were all freshly washed and everything was clean! Very happy with our stay and would stay here again if we are in the area.

I think it would be helpful for the owners to make a guest aware the ice maker doesnt work so you can come prepared and more attention paid to the cleanliness of the grill.

Several items need attention.

Floors are in poor condition, ice maker does not work, grill was nasty (took 2 hours to clean so we could use it). Back yard in poor shape. Had plumbing problems in bathroom. The owner was very diligent about fixing the problems.

Cozy & Relaxing place to stay in Florida

Very clean and lovely place to stay. Restaurants /supermarkets are close by so that was plus for us. Communication with property manager was excellent and would stay there again.

The 2 bedroom unit was very sufficient, but is out of town. Must drive to food, gas, beach etc. Beach supplies provided; a good addition!

Great staycation

I’m about 8 months pregnant and we have 3 small dogs. We have been wanting to get our place professionally cleaned. I saw this duplex and the fenced back yard. It was perfect. Price was great. Check in couldn’t be any easier. Communication was never an issue. Bed was comfy. Location is really nice, not too far from beaches. Very close to prime shopping and restaurants. Everything you need is close by. Would definitely stay again.

Cute little place

We stayed here while our house was being prepared. It was very clean, convenient location, owner was super friendly and helpful! Even went out and bought a new TV when the one there wasn't working in the same day! Highly recommend!

Very great place!

My Husband and I came down for a short trip for my sister's wedding. This place was perfect. Very clean! The owners are very quick to respond. We did a beach day and they even had beach items there! Definitely will stay again when we come and visit family with our kids!

Very relaxing and comfortable.

Very quiet street just off main highway. Centrally located to go to beaches on Manasota Key or dining out in Port Charlotte-Punta Gorda. Very comfortable beds, slept as well as I do at home! Kitchen was nicely furnished and the screened porch made a great place to work on my laptop. Really can't think of any complaints. Highly recommend.

Month stay

First, thanks to Volha and Vasiliy, our hosts. They were very receptive and quick to communicate. They even mailed back a sweatshirt that I forgot. We did have some issues with the house. Several things that should be standard were missing such as measuring spoons, measuring cups, both liquid and dry, no wine glasses, no saucepans. We purchased all if these items, except pans to leave for the next renters. The flooring needs to be replaced. Looks like cheap laminate that is buckling and coming up. The couch in the TV room is past its prime. The couch in the front room was broken and unable to use the pull out. The back porch was very nice and the mattresses were great. I think the owner needs to make an effort to update the house.
