Well kept, clean and quite roomy unit. Conveniently located close to dining and beaches but wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. We loved having our dog Roy with us. Definitely a plus! Scot and Paula were amazing and made the stay easy and pleasant!

We had the wonderful opportunity to stay at the Starfish in room 1B. The pictures are exactly on point. The living area is actually larger than it looks. One thing that we did not know until we arrived was this is an UPSTAIRS unit. Fortunately it was just my daughter and I and not my parents as they would not have been able to get to the room. We brought our Golden Retriever and he had a great time. Grass areas are limited but are available. Another “good to know” is there is not a code on the door to get in - you will have to download an app and use your mobile device - you can add other phones to lock/unlock the door- but will need to let Scot know each person’s #. We did not access the beach from the Starfish as we went to the part of the beach my parents were staying instead. The beach is located across the street and probably a 5-7 minute walk. Lastly, there are GREAT restaurants in the area - don’t miss the beach vibe with yummy food at the Sand Bar and breakfast at The Word of Mouth.

Great stay. Thought we would be closer the beach but stumpys service is great. Found the path and fished. Wonderful stay. Wish there was a tv in the master but nbd.

The property was just finished when we stayed here. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, beach chairs available, kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4-6 people.

Cozy Place Close to Beach with Personal Touches

Great little cottage location close to beach! Super cute finishes and comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for a perfect birthday weekend. Host was great at communicating and helped with everything needed. Loved the outdoor showers and swing and fire pit.

Exactly as described. Great location.

The rental was super clean. It was exactly as described. We got a little confused finding the beach entrance, but once we did it was only a few minute walk to the water. Great location! Easy check in. Will stay again!

Shirt stay

The property looked exactly like pictures, clean and organized. The only issues we had were there was a smell probably due to an older building by the water; and our beach access was taken away on the 2nd day due to hurricane damage so that was disappointing. Great location love Manasota!

We were two mom's and 3 teenage kids. The house was perfect size and had everything we needed. Loved the short walk to the beach. So close to everything. I am local and will be sure to refer others!

Great mini vacation!!!

Property was very clean and welcoming. Lots of extras that we were not expecting (boogy boards, beach chairs, sifters, umbrella). The beach is just a short walk away from the property. Kitchen stocked nicely and beds were super comfortable! Property owner was very responsive when I had questions. Will definitely be staying again.

Wonderfully equipped beach apartment

The property is absolutely beautiful, very vibrant and clean. Each unit has a nice outdoor seating area and under utilized bbq area with outdoor games. Its a short walk from the amazing beach access, approximately 3-5 minute leisurely walk. My family absolutely loved the beach and the unit was incredibly comfortable and decorated lovely. We would absolutely come.back again!

Fantastic place!

The apartment was spotless, everything that you may need in the kitchen and bathroom. Location is the best, the private entrance is right across the street, 5’ walk. The beach is not busy at all, beautiful and clean. We’ll be back for sure!! Thanks, we really enjoyed our stay. :)
