You will discover a spacious and open living space: the modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, creating an ideal place to relax and get together. A French window opens onto a terrace, where you can take full advantage of the outside and its completely unobstructed sea view.

The apartment also has two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, providing everyone with a tranquil resting space. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 twin beds, allowing you to have, in each bedroom, 2 single beds in 80x200 or a double bed in 160x200. A well-appointed bathroom and a separate toilet complete this space for your greatest comfort.

Located in a former school completely renovated in 2024, the OCEAN VIEW apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The residence is close to all amenities and the nearest beach is less than 400m away.
