We are renting out our exclusive estate (newly built) with a pool, vineyard, and sweeping views—your private oasis in Mallorca.

Here you can enjoy maximum privacy, sweeping views, and the Mediterranean quality of life—with an unobstructed view of the impressive Sant Salvador.

The finca combines stylish elegance with state-of-the-art comfort and offers space to meet the highest standards.
Four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, guarantee privacy and seclusion for all guests. The living space is complemented by a separate guest restroom.
The master bedroom and bathroom are located separately on the upper floor of the house. In addition to the spacious shower, the master bathroom also features a bathtub.
Two additional bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the main house, and the fourth bedroom is situated in the pool house, offering complete privacy.
All bedrooms have their own access to the terraces surrounding the house. Furthermore, all bedrooms are equipped with high-quality beds (2 x box spring) and shutters, as well as blackout curtains, to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The bedrooms in the main house also each have a TV.

The heart of the house is the large, high-end kitchen, equipped with a Bora cooktop, oven, microwave, and wine refrigerator.
The adjacent utility room houses the washer and dryer.
Air conditioning and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable indoor climate all year round.
Internet access is available both indoors and outdoors, and musical entertainment can be enjoyed via the Sonos system installed throughout the home.

The spacious 15-meter pool, where you can swim laps, a hot tub, and an in-ground sauna for relaxing moments under the open sky.
In addition to the pool terrace with its two umbrellas, the 360-square-meter lawn invites you to relax under one of the two Phoenix palms or to play games.

The exclusive 800° grill and a stylish fire pit, as well as the private bocce court, promise unforgettable evenings under the starry sky.
Around the property, you’ll find five different seating and dining areas—perfect for enjoying sun, shade, and views depending on the time of day.
For breakfast, the large table under the mulberry trees or the cozy nook right next to the house in the lounge are ideal.
To enjoy a sundowner, feel free to take a seat at the table in front of the house, and if you’re in the mood for something truly romantic, the rustic seating area under the large Algorobo tree right in front of the wine cellar invites you to linger and relax.

Wine lovers have access to a private wine cellar, and a small fitness room located in the garage offers opportunities for staying active even while on vacation.
