This beautiful triplex invites you to a family holiday in Pornichet! Moored just a stone's throw from the Pornichet TGV station, beach, restaurants and shops, you can enjoy your holiday on foot! Nearby, swimming, sunbathing, terrace tasting, shopping are on the agenda.The recently renovated apartment has a large terrace on the courtyard side, with no overlooking, which will allow you to enjoy fresh air and outdoor meals. Then, you will find a spacious kitchen-dining room. Its large openings and the ceiling height of the dining room make it a very pleasant place. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It has ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, an automatic grain coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. It is open to the large dining table where you can gather for moments of sharing and savour good meals. Finally, you will find the living room, a cosy corner ideal for a moment of relaxation in front of the television.Located in a small quiet co-ownership, the triplex has 7 bedrooms and has been designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 adults, and 2 to 5 children (bunk beds are not suitable for adults). Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and light green colours, which provide an atmosphere conducive to rest. On the first floor, three other bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the second with a bunk bed and an atmosphere suitable for children, and finally the last one with two bunk beds and a single bed, which will delight children who will like to gather there. Finally, on the top floor, two other bedrooms with a large double bed await you.For even more comfort, the accommodation has two shower rooms, a bathroom, two separate toilets, a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as the possibility of parking a car. Què li ha agradat: Neteja

Excellent séjour

Très grand appartement lumineux et calme. Manquent quelques équipements de cuisine (plats, saladiers, casseroles et cocotte de grande taille). Il nous a manqué 2 chaises pour diner autour de la table (on était 14)! Heureusement, j'avais ce qu'il faut à proximité pour combler ces manques. Cafetière trop compliquée d'emploi. Et salle assez sonore quand on est 14 adultes. Ceci mis à part, excellent séjour.
