Family house 400m from the sea for 8, Pornic

"Gulf Stream" is a 130m² family home renovated in the Nantes style over three levels with a garden and a 20m² terrace. It is located 400m from the beach, the Thalassotherapy centre and the first restaurants, and only 500m from the train station and the centre of Pornic.

It has two double bedrooms on the ground floor and a dormitory bedroom under the roof on the first floor with four single beds that can accommodate up to 8 people.



On the ground floor, there is a living room - library with TV and WIFI access. Two double rooms (160 beds), bathroom and toilet complete this level. On the attic floor, there is a relaxation area for children with board games and video consoles, a room (4 beds of 90) and a bathroom with toilet. The last level consists of a fitted kitchen open to the dining room with access to the garden and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home; induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter and capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press, kitchen utensils and food processor. An independent toilet and a third bathroom complete the rental. For maximum comfort, you have a washing machine, three hairdryers, two fans, an ironing table and iron, a travel cot and outdoor furniture (table, shade sail and charcoal barbecue).



The property is ideally located 400 metres from the "Coastal Path of the Customs Officers", as well as the Blue Flag beach "de la Source" and is also close to the main points of interest

Explore the historic town of Pornic, its old port and castle. Set sail for Noirmoutier or enjoy a day at sea fishing. On foot or by bike, embark on the "Vélocéan" adventure, a coastal route that follows the coastline from the seaside resort of Pornic to the small port of Collet, nestled at the bottom of the Bourgneuf Bay. An iodised route, which you can punctuate with a swim or a tasting of the famous local oysters. Do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchot Mussels from La Plaine sur Mer, the famous Ice Creams and Jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious "St-Michel" Galettes and without forgetting, hot or cold, the Pornic cheese "Le curé Nantais".

Sehr angenehmes Haus, gute Ausstattung, gute, ruhige Lage, 400 m zum Strand, 400 m zum Hafen mit Restaurants. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus bestens empfehlen.
