The villa is 123 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The glass wall creates an illusion of connection with the outside space and also allows an abundance of natural light to enter. The flow and layout of the space makes it ideal for gathering with friends or family, and the indoor fireplace provides a pleasant and warm atmosphere. All rooms are air conditioned, with underfloor heating for colder days.



The villa has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 1 room is on the ground floor and 2 are on the 1st floor. 2 rooms have access to a private balcony. The bathrooms are equipped with toiletries, hairdryer and bathrobes.



The courtyard of the villa is reserved for relaxation and entertainment. Next to the 21 m² swimming pool, there are sun loungers where you can catch the pleasant rays of the sun. On the outdoor terrace you will find an outdoor dining table where you can serve specialties prepared on the outdoor grill. On the lawn you can play football, badminton or any other sport.
