The spacious ground floor boasts an open-concept living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining space, as well as a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate guest toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two inviting double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a cosy single bedroom with a bathroom. Every room is air-conditioned to ensure your comfort.

The Neighborhood:

Poreč is one of Croatia's most renowned tourist hotspots, boasting nearly two millennia of history. Nestled on the Adriatic coast and sheltered by the island of Sveti Nikola, this ancient city is rich in cultural heritage. In its historic center, you'll find the 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica, a stunningly preserved example of early Byzantine art in the Mediterranean. The old town's streets retain their original Roman layout, reminiscent of the ancient castrum. Notable landmarks include the charming Marafor Square, home to the remnants of the Temple of Neptune, alongside the Romanesque house, the Pentagonal Tower, and the Round Tower.



The Poreč coastline stretches for 37 kilometers, extending from the Mirna River near Novigrad in the north to Funtana and Vrsar in the south.
