For your convenience, we provide two dedicated parking spaces directly on the premises, ensuring you have a secure spot for your vehicle throughout your stay. While the village of Kukci offers a peaceful retreat, we highly recommend arriving by car to fully enjoy the surrounding region, as it allows you the freedom to explore the historic city of Porec and local beaches within a quick ten minute drive. The nearest major airport is Pula Airport, which is approximately a forty five minute drive from the property.Trieste Airport (Ronchi dei Legionari) is approximately 125 km from Poreč.



Other Things to Note:

Included services include access to our private swimming pool which is open seasonally from May to October. Your stay also features air conditioning, wireless internet, fresh bed linens, towels, and free parking on the premises.

Please note that our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out is by 10:00. To comply with public safety regulations, all guests must complete an online check-in process, which may require providing identification. We do not accept groups of young people, and quiet hours are strictly observed between 23:00 and 10:00.

Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Optional services such as a crib and high chair are available upon request, and the pool can be heated for an additional fee of 30 EUR per day.
