Villa Cosy, with its warm and very refined decoration, offers you the greatest comfort just a stone's throw from the beaches of Binic and Plérin-sur-mer. Come and discover this very beautiful, completely private, quiet holiday home of 145 m² and its park of more than 4000 m² fully enclosed.

This atypical property will allow you to enjoy outside a beautiful swimming pool of 9 x 4 m (depth 1.50 m) open and heated from May to end of October and its 6-seater spa, heated all year round at 36 °C for guaranteed relaxation, all well appointed on a beautiful wooden terrace.
On the interior side, what a joy to enjoy the Relaxation area equipped with a Sauna and a Hammam, just for you... right next to your living room!

Your vacation rental includes on one level:
- Pleasant living room with its large library, television with numerous French and foreign channels, fully equipped fitted kitchen, living room
- 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 160x200 cm, 2 single beds 80x200 cm)
- Relaxation area (SAUNA & HAMMAM, Italian shower and double sink), bathrobes provided.
- Shower room with a walk-in shower, 2 separate toilets.

- SWIMMING POOL of 9 x 4 m, SPA for 6 people on a beautiful wooden terrace of 120 m², table and garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers. Private garden of more than 4000 m².

Beautiful house, in excellent condition that is very well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and and the furnishings very comfortable. Everything that we needed in the kitchen was there, including two types of coffee maker. Rural property but very close to good boulangeries and supermarkets.

A Peaceful, Luxurious Escape in a Beautiful Rural SettingWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa. The location felt delightfully rural and peaceful, yet everything we needed - shops, restaurants, and other amenities were just a 10–15 minute drive away. There is a little town within walking distance, complete with a small playpark, which was perfect for a quick stroll to entertain our wee one.The outdoor space was a real highlight, absolutely huge, making it ideal for our dogs who had the best time running around and playing fetch. The pool and hot tub were both fantastic, and the outdoor seating area was beautifully lit in the evenings, creating a lovely atmosphere for relaxing or dining outside.There are also plenty of beaches just a short drive away, giving us lots of options for day trips and coastal walks — a real bonus!Inside, the villa was just as stunning as the photos suggested. The sauna and hammam added a real touch of luxury and made the whole experience feel like a private spa retreat. Everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully presented.Eric, the host, was lovely—friendly and responsive which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.If I had to make one small suggestion, it would be to upgrade or improve the sofa for a bit more comfort — but honestly, that’s the only thing we could think of. Everything else was perfect.Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in style and comfort — we’d definitely return!

Fantastic property in great location. Villa was just the ticket for 4 Ladies enjoying a cycling holiday in the region. Villa Cosy was well designed with everything we could have wanted inc. pool and hot tub, perfect following cycling. 8km from coast, Binic and Saint Quay Portrieux were great places to visit as well as Dinan & Saint Brieuc.Eric the host was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Amazing relaxing stay

We arrived in a heatwave, and so the pool was an absolute delight, the villa has absolutely everything you need, ( a fan would have been useful in the bedroom's) we were warmly welcomed by Eric, who was on hand for any issues. The beds were comfy, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the grounds also immaculately cared for. The area is extremely quiet and rural, lots of local markets to go to, and we didn’t think very busy, easy to get to from St Malo off the boat for anyone from the UK also. We would definitely return for another stay.

Indeed very cosy!

Me, my fiancé and our two dogs stayed the week and felt very at home. It’s well designed, furnished and has everything you need. The small touches are especially nice, even down to the segregated bins in the kitchen for recycling, making everything just that bit easier during your stay. The dogs LOVED the garden space, perfect for playing fetch! The outdoor pool is a nice and comfortable temperature, which given we stayed when it started to get cooler was a nice experience. The hot tub and saunas are great. The beds are extremely comfortable, you have quite a job getting out of them in the morning! If you like a chilled and peaceful place to stay, away from the busier more built up places, this is for you. Eric is a lovely host, who is only a message away should you need him, but not at all imposing. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Perfekter Ort für Familienurlaub

Das war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Schon die Abwicklung vorher war problemlos. Wir wurden bei Ankunft von Eric begrüßt und bekamen alles erklärt und gezeigt. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern, großzügig und hell. Man kann die ganze Fensterfront in Küche und Esszimmer öffnen, so dass im Sommer viel Luft im ganzen Haus zirkulieren kann. Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen könnte, bis hin zu und Pizza- Roller und Austernmesser. Es gibt auch wirklich große Mengen von Tellern und Gläsern, eine Grundausstattung von Gewürzen, Öl und Essig war auch vorhanden. Es gibt Vorschläge für Ausflüge in der Umgebung, viele Bücher und Spiele. Da es noch zu früh im Jahr war, konnten wir den großen Pool nicht nutzen, haben aber den warmen Whirlpool sowie Sauna und Hammam genossen. Eric war problemlos erreichbar und hat sich um die Pflege von Grundstück und Pool gekümmert, Man hat aber Haus und Garten ganz für sich allein und sich nie gestört gefühlt. Zeer ontspannende en rustgevende vakantie

Het vakantiehuis is zeer goed uitgerust (veel keukenmateriaal, mooie verlichting, grote tv,...) en ideaal om tot rust te komen; de tuinzetels en het zwembad zijn een grote meerwaarde. Bretagne blijft een van onze favoriete regio's in Europa. Het weer is er wel zeer veranderlijk.

We had a wonderful week in Villa Cosy. The house is well equipped, clean and very spacious and the outside space is just perfect. Peaceful and idillic with the added bonuses of the pool and hot tub. The house is in an ideal location, though it does feel remote it’s easy to access supermarkets, local towns and beaches. The host was friendly and accommodating too. This place really had everything we needed and couldn’t ask for any more, would definitely recommend.

Besser geht es nicht!

Wir haben einen wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Cosy verlebt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu kritisieren oder gar zu bemängeln. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war bereits im Vorfeld professionell und beim Kennenlernen äußerst unkompliziert, er ist sehr sympathisch und die sprachlichen Probleme aufgrund unserer wirklich kaum vorhandenen Französisch Kenntnisse, wurde von ihm mit Englisch kompensiert. Das Haus, der Aussenbereich, die Ausstattung von Küche etc. ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten waren super, alles perfekt durchdacht und dies wirklich in einer Form wie wir es noch nie angetroffen haben. Wir haben schon viele Häuser gemietet, dies war mit Abstand das Beste. Man bemerkt bei allem die Liebe zum Detail. Zu der Küchenausstattung sei noch gesagt, dass man dort wirklich alles findet. Ich koche sehr gerne und habe noch nie so gute Pfannen, Töpfe zur Verfügung gehabt. Gute Messer, einige Gewürze, ausreichend Essgeschirr von hochwertiger Art! Der Außenbereich wirklich ein Paradies, top gepflegt, Whirlpool wirklich immer bereit und beheizt. Die angrenzende Straße wird kaum befahren, wirklich nicht störend, es ist sehr ruhig und wirklich eine Wohlfühloase. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für uns mehr als stimmig zu dieser Zeit. Abschließend sei gesagt, wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder, da hier wirklich Urlaub und Erholung von Herrn Bullio möglich gemacht wird. Vielen Dank Regina und Gerd

Séjour reposant et dépaysant

Avons profité pleinement du bien agencé avec goût. La villa bénéficie d'équipements de premier choix. Le spa est tout simplement le moment de la journée, appréciable, après une journée de visites du secteur. Le propriétaire a le sens de la préoccupation pour ses locataires. Einfach eine kleine Oase!

Der Vermieter, Herr Bullio ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Ausstattung im Haus is perfekt. Wir waren zu zweit und haben es im Haus einfach genossen. Pool, Whirlpool, der Garten alles mit viel Liebe angelegt. Immer wieder, danke Herr Bullio!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Cosy war super. Die Lage ist zwar etwas abgelegen, dafür aber super ruhig und mit dem Auto ist von Supermarkt bis Strand alles innerhalb 15 Minuten erreichbar. Ausstattung der Villa ist sehr gut. Alles vorhanden, gerade auch in der Küche. Wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder zu Eric und seiner Villa Cosy kommen.
