Bournemouth East Cliff by Belvilla
The staff (Jamal) were friendly and welcoming. The hotel however is tired and requires a makeover and updating.

The Durley Dean Hotel
The hotel was lovely, we’ve stayed here before The only thing was that it needed was for the bath was the safety handles so we could get in the bath and a rubber mat when having a shower or a bath Also they should have a ramp for wheelchair users. Overall it’s a lovely hotel

The Norfolk Royale Hotel
It was very noisy until past 10pm with activities and when arriving with our nurse old, it wasn't hugely ideal. What was good was the dark room, bath, bath mat and fridge.

Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel & Spa
My husband & I arrived on a Friday and we're fairly late arriving, we were shocked at the price of the parking, the sign said £18 per day. You have to use an app which I do not like! Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel
Good breakfast general staff (bar restaurant etc) excellent. However front desk inefficient & duty manager CALLUM was rude & dismissive . With that attitude he has no future in hotel management. Front desk were super efficient in taking unauthorised payments from credit cards but not so good in refunding!! ...
