"Everything was great. We were early and although our room wasn't ready, they worked to have things ready ahead of normal check in. Great pool and pool area with two large hot tubs and small game area. Great area to play or just hang out. Staff was great all the way around from our early check in to our early check out."

Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend."

"We had Robert check us in both stays. Superb to deal with. Super friendly and helpful. They are lucky to have him on staff. He made sure to accommodate our motorcycles under cover and provided us all types of recommendations and helped carry luggage to our room."

"Had a super large room but was disappointed with the cleanliness. The shower wouldn’t drain and it was clogged with so much hair and bugs. Thankfully maintenance came quickly to fix it. But even so, we found some bugs throughout and it looked like the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned."

"The hotel ran out of soap. we had to ask for washcloths (room didnthave any). we bought our own soap and no hot water (showers were lukewarm)."

"Our check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk clerk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was especially sweet to our little dog, which made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pet area was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for our small dog.
