You found it! Affordable Suite on the Beach!!

Beachfront Studio awaits you at Ponte Vedra Beach! This studio is connected to the main house where the owner lives but it is a private studio apartment with its own entry way. Note that some things need updating in this suite, like furniture and fixtures; It is a 1 room studio apartment with a bathroom and no kitchen or laundry. In general - it is not a 5 star hotel but it is priced accordingly to offer you an affordable beach front stay. It is also close to the center of Ponte Vedra, and wonderful St. Augustine!

Hideaway on the beach

Perfect little hideaway on the beach. Honestly best nights of sleep our entire vacation. The bed was comfortable, ocean waves crashing sounds, no traffic or city sounds. Waked out the door and onto a private beach, what more can you ask for. The pictures are exactly what you are arriving to. The host is wonderful; communicated exactly what you need to know and what to expect.

Amazing

I love this property! Everything was unbelievable. The beach was private and beautiful .The property was perfect for small group travel. I met the owner who was so extremely nice. I recommend highly. I can’t say enough about the view and everyone was friendly. Thank you so much! I will come back

Great Stay

This was a last minute trip and my check in was easy. My room was small, but nice and the beach was wonderful; I even extended my stay an extra say. I do plan on going back in May. The only thing I may suggest is including some type of table somewhere. If only a small picnic table. There was only one chair outside my unit to sit, but nowhere to sit and eat breakfast, etc. Other than this, I would very highly recommend this rental.

Absolutely perfect for a quick little get away for a night or two oceanfront in South PVB.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. The outdoor porch area and being steps away from the ocean is more than simple beach folk could ask for. Not everything about the room itself was perfect but overall I t was a great beach shack and We absolutely loved our time there. We will be back again!

Perfect Couples Beach Getaway

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in June 2022. The property is exactly as described. A no-frills room on the beach. This was perfect for us. We wanted to spend as much time on the beach as possible and basically just used the room to shower and sleep. Very comfortable room with French doors facing the ocean. The outdoor area was a bonus. We ate dinner each night watching the waves with the sea breeze in our faces. The “driveway” was really just a patch of grass. You should bring a smaller vehicle as I’m not sure my full size truck would have fit. Had a great time and look forward to staying again in the future.

Peaceful retreat

This is our second time staying here. Yes, it’s small, but it’s clean, safe, and adequate. When you open the door—the ocean is right there! We think it’s cozy and the beach is beautiful and quiet. We had zero issues with anything, other than the parking is a little tricky, but worth it. It’s a little slice of paradise. We intend to revisit next year.

The property was listed well, very musty smell in the room, construction on the beach, good aa a getaway Bungalow but not for us I only stayed one night then left, as described the AC was set by the owner, was warm along with the musty smell made it intolerable. Wouldn’t recommend

Everything you need for a short stay!

Perfect setup for a short stay! I needed a place to crash while my house got some work done and what’s better than an ocean front bedroom. Highly recommend this place!

It's just a bed and a bathroom

The place looks good but the tv is unwatchable and it's barely hanging on the wall, if you rent it you'll see what I mean, the plate that holds the tv mount up is screwed in with 2 drywall screws and they're not remotely tight. It just kinda swings there. The bed is a nice king bed but the pillows are very poor. The thing that I really hated about this place is that it's only a bedroom and bathroom, I expected a kitchen and everything since my search criteria was limited to houses... just houses. To me it makes my feel like they deceptively listed this and I don't like feeling taken advantage of. Other than that, great location beautiful beach right out the door
