Beach Retreat is a beautifully renovated, private 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in Livramento, on the stunning south coast of São Miguel Island.

Nestled in a peaceful residential neighbourhood close to the ocean, the home is just a short walk from the beach and approximately 7 minutes by car from João Paulo II Airport. Its convenient location makes it the perfect base for enjoying the coastline, exploring Ponta Delgada, and discovering all that São Miguel has to offer.

The house comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds — ideal for families and groups of friends travelling together.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including a welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a private outdoor space, a terrace, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and private parking. Everything is designed to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Beach Retreat is set in Livramento, a quiet residential area on São Miguel's south coast, just a short walk from Pópulo Beach, one of the island's most popular black-sand beaches. This peaceful, local neighbourhood offers an authentic Azorean setting while remaining close to everything the island has to offer.

Livramento is only a few minutes' drive from Ponta Delgada, the island's capital, where guests can explore historic streets, marina-side cafés, and local markets. The location also provides easy access to São Miguel's top attractions, including Sete Cidades, Lagoa do Fogo, and the geothermal springs of Furnas.

With the beach at your doorstep and the island's main hub minutes away, Livramento offers the best of both worlds: a tranquil coastal retreat and effortless access to São Miguel's natural and cultural highlights.

The best way to get to the property is by car.

Ponta Delgada Airport is just 7 minutes away.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
