Southpoint Condominium. Get-away in style. This tastefully appointed, Non-Smoking, oceanfront condominium has it all and at a very affordable price. This unit is beautiful. Ponce Inlet is an exclusive neighborhood just south of Daytona. The beach is pristine and traffic free making it great for kids, biking, or perhaps a romantic walk. The fifth floor gives a spectacular view of the ocean on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other.

You will love the peace and quiet of this area, but yet it's only a short drive to all Central Florida attractions. Visit the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum and enjoy some of the areas best fishing with nearby charters and party boats. Dine at many waterfront restaurants, one just a short walk down the beach.

This condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a fun-filled vacation. We have private WI-FI in the the unit and a comfy recliner to watch HD TV. All you need to bring is your toothbrush.

Family beach trip

We head to Daytona Beach every year for an extended family vacation. We were not able to get our “usual”Room but I’m so glad we rented this unit! The condo is just as the pictures show- clean, comfortable, and cute! The kitchen has just about everything you need (toaster, blender, pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot/keurig combo, and so much more!) and it is in great condition. The microwave was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that are comfortable with a dresser large enough to store all your things. (There is no TV in this room in case it matters to you.) The guest bath next door has a shower/tub combo making it easy to relax your own way. The primary bedroom has a large, comfortable king bed, a great dresser and closet, and a lovely shower. All the linens looked brand new. The views from the primary bedroom and balcony are nothing short of breathtaking.

Relaxing vacation

My husband and I have rented condos here for several years. This unit was one of the best we have stayed in. The unit was spotless, provided us with everything we need for our stay and was a perfect location. Morning coffee watching the sunrise on the balcony and long walks on the beach couldn’t be better. We will definitely choose this unit next time we visit.

Wonderful condo & location

Condo had everything we needed for a quiet, comfortable stay. Short drive to everything and location right on the beach was perfect for sunrises and view from walkway at the front door was perfect for sunsets. Would stay again!

This Condo was pure joy

Thank you for sharing your condo. It was beyond our expectations and you provide everything one might want including a juice squeezer for orange juice. The view is magnificent with sunrises at the balcony and sunsets at the front door. The master bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. Walk in shower was perfect. We will be back!,

Harry did a great job having everything you need to get you through until you go to the store. (Soap, dish detergent and laundry detergent. He has a lot of nice touches! We will be back.

Great for a family stay

Jim, the host, was super easy to communicate with, and made sure that we had everything we needed when we got there. He warned us of an issue with the garbage disposal, but had already arranged repairs and kept us informed right up until the plumber showed up to fix it. The property is on a quest stretch of beach with a few other condo complexes in the area, but a lot of the surrounding area is either undeveloped or small homes. We'll definitely look for this property again if we stay in the area in the future.

Relaxation Found!

We loved every day of our week long stay and the condo was everything as we expected! The owner, Jim, was excellent in communication and any question I had, he answered. This was our first time flying to Florida so we couldn’t pack our necessities like beach chairs and beach towels. It was all provided!! We will definitely be staying there again! I’m already trying to find a week to get away! Also, the condo floors were very clean and I’m a picky person about clean floors! Thanks, Jim!

Perfect week at the beach!

We loved our time here. Being right on the beach was so convenient and the oceanfront view was beautiful! We had everything we needed and the condo is located in a lively area with spectacular homes and lots of fun restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely be back!!

Excellent Beachfront Condo

The beach is steps away from this condo. The condo was clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of parking spots for the cars. This area is very family friendly. It was great to wake up to a sunrise over the ocean. Cars are not allowed on this section of the beach and that is exactly why we love this location. I would defiantly recommend this condo to others and would stay here again.

Perfect View of the Beach!

Communication with Jim was excellent from booking all the way through checkout. When you pull up to the Southpoint Condo building there was ample parking some covered spots to keep your car cool. 2 elevators to take you to the 5th floor. As soon as you walk in the unit you can see the ocean through the big patio doors leading to the private balcony. While on the balcony it feels like your on the beach because there is no pool deck between the building and the beach. The pool is on the southwest side of the building keeping it in the sun throughout the day! Great for cooler days. Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook meals and even a working ice maker in the freezer! Washer and dryer is very convenient so you can bring less and go home with clean clothes! King bed was comfy. The area of the beach was very quiet and relaxing during our stay. No crowds or noise to deal with! Beautiful sunrises and dolphins swimming by. Keep an eye out for rocket launches from Cape Canaveral, you can see it from the balcony or beach. We were lucky enough to see a night launch during our stay. We recommend staying in Jim’s unit.

Terrific property

The location is perfect away from the drive on beach. The property is quiet and everyone is friendly. The condo was very clean and comfortable with amazing views. Communication with the owner was perfect. We highly recommend and plan to book another trip this year.

Fabulous host and resort

Jim was great to work with. Very friendly and gave great directions. Made sure we had everything we needed. Condo was very spacious and clean. Stocked with everything anyone would need. Pool was wonderful and nice. Lots off sun in pool area which is great on the east coast. Will definitely be visiting again.

Wonderful view

The unit is just as described. The view of the ocean is spectacular. It was a week-long vacation with a friend. We appreciated a lot of the little extras- having a K-cup machine, pool noodles to use, nice towels, well-stocked kitchen, and large screen tv. The owner was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend the unit.
