For your convenience, find a well-appointed laundry area with cabinets and a stacked unit, all discreetly placed inside the home.

Step outside onto the uncovered deck, where you can soak up the sun or enjoy al fresco dining in a serene setting. Hot tub is under a covered gazebo, and you can enjoy the custom made outdoor covered bar area!

Pet-Friendly:
We understand that pets are part of the family. Cats and dogs are welcome here, with a reasonable limit for your furry companions.

The home is equipped with dual pane windows, providing energy efficiency and keeping the space comfortably insulated.

Single-Story Convenience:
This one-story dwelling offers easy access and a seamless flow throughout the space, although there are steps from the driveway and parking lot.

We are based in Sacramento, and our dedicated cleaning crew resides in Pollock Pines. You can reach out to us through Airbnb messaging, which we monitor 24/7. Alternatively, feel free to give us a call or text. In the rare event of an emergency, we have both cleaning and maintenance teams on standby to assist you promptly."

You will need a car

Park in top parking lot and walk down steps if you do not have a 4 wheel drive car. In the winter, you will most likely need a 4wd to get to the home. Be careful in the winter as much of the road will be icy, and the steps may be icy as well.
Parties/Noise: In order to respect the neighbors and our quiet neighborhood, we do not allow parties in the house, and we kindly ask that things are kept on the quieter side after 10:00 pm.

Number of Guests: There will be a fee of $25 for each guest over 6 unless discussed with us, even if the person does not stay the night. This is to prevent parties.

Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00 am. There will be a fee of $100/hour for late checkouts. Please let us know about the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We kindly ask that prior to leaving, place any dishes in the dishwasher and take out all the trash. This helps us keep the cleaning cost down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.

Restrooms: We kindly request that only toilet paper be flushed down the toilet. Wet wipes, including those labeled as flushable, should not be flushed as they can clog the sewer system.

Food Items: Please refrain from disposing of food in the garbage disposal.

Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home. There will be no smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house or a $300 charge.

Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard.

Damage: We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding.

Pets: Pets are allowed with a $100 per pet, non-refundable fee. No more than two (2) pets are allowed. Please alert us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing along your pet. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home; please clean your pet's feet if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet. Please note, there will be an additional $100 fee for any animal waste found on the property after you leave. Please note that the pets are not to be left alone at the home.

Longer Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, a mandatory cleaning service is required at the guest's expense. This ensures that the accommodation is well-maintained throughout longer stays. The cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.

Cameras: We have a Ring Video Doorbell camera installed at the entrance for safety.

Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home.

Trash Removal: Please put trash cans on the curb Tuesday evening for Wednesday morning pickup, and bring them back to the right side of the home Wednesday afternoon.

Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you don’t know what it is, do not unplug it. Do not unplug the wireless router or modem or it will shut down the door lock and you may get locked out.

Terrible experience with management and proper safety
- There was a gas leak at the furnace requiring heater to be shut off - Hot tub water was green on our arrival - Lights in the outdoor bar weren’t working - Lighting on outdoor staircase werent working (we had to unload our suitcases down dark stairwell) - Owner was quick to respond but only partially addressed issues. He sent someone to clean hot tub but she came after dark and we never saw her. No one checked in with us to explain why water had been green or explain what was done to ensure our safety. On 2nd day of our stay found HVAC contractor working on furnace. 2 hours before I was sent a message in app to inform me he was coming but I hadn’t seen the message so it was a surprise to find a contractor there. Contractor told me someone had complained about gas smell. He said unit would not be safe to run the remainder of my stay until parts to fix it came in. Owner messaged me afterward saying we would need to use the space heaters and stove to heat the house because gas valve was leaking. When I later complained I didn’t feel he took our safety seriously and had let us check in with a suspected gas leak he denied there was a gas leak at all. He never sent anyone to look at the lighting issues and previous review mentions this as well so seems like longstanding issue. He never offered to compensate us. Only offer was a late check out (free for him). We ended up checking out a day early since weather was bad, we had no heater and didn’t feel safe in the hot tub.
