"We enjoyed our stay at Urban Inn. The unit was well-stocked, clean, had ample storage, plenty of seating, and was in a good location. The water pressure was strong. Self-check-in was flawless. We were delighted to have baggage storage to use prior to check-in. NOTES: The bed frame sits on the floor; it may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke comes in from the cafe on the ground floor, even with the windows closed. We weren't bothered too much...

"The hotel was really beautiful, new and designed in a modern and cool way. the room was spacious, comfortable and the kitchenette was accessorized with everything we needed for cooking. The hotel spa was also very great, we enjoyed it. The reception clerks were really nice, helpful and patient with our many questions, especially Amelie."

"The digital check-in on site was a little tricky. The screen displays your room number briefly, then it goes away. "A little challenging to get to it but nice and clean. We couldn’t find sheets for the futon and did not hear back from the property manager on sheets until we had already left. It was very quiet. Plenty of room. "

Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able. Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. "This is a beautiful apartment located in the historic area on Ludwigstrasse. It has all the amenities you need and also has off street parking. The only negative was there were no instructions on how to open or close the garage door. (you need to pull the black strap that’s hanging inside the garage). Once the car is parked you can walk to many restaurants and shops."
