    Easy to access, modern yet full of Mallorcan character, this spectacular house in La Font, one of Pollensa’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, truly has it all. Just minutes from the town centre and also close to the most beautiful beaches in the area, Ull de la Font offers the best of both worlds: tranquillity and convenience.

    The house has been recently renovated with exquisite taste, preserving its rustic essence while incorporating a contemporary and sophisticated design, in collaboration with renowned local artisans such as Mestre Paco and Viçens. The result is a home that combines the warmth of natural stone and wood with elegant finishes and carefully curated details.

    Inside, the property offers four luxurious bedrooms and three bathrooms, distributed over two floors. Upon entering, a hallway with natural stone flooring leads to a cosy TV room. From here, a staircase leads to a flexible bedroom — which can be prepared with a double bed or two singles — perfect for guests seeking privacy, such as grandparents or visiting couples.

    On the ground floor, there is another double bedroom next to a bathroom with a shower. Further on, a spacious living-dining room opens naturally into a modern, fully equipped kitchen. This central space of the house invites relaxation and togetherness, with plentiful natural light and views of the patio.

    On the upper floor is the main suite, with a king-size bed and bathroom en suite, as well as another double bedroom (convertible into twin) with access to a private terrace. On this same level there is also a third full bathroom with a shower.

    The exterior is equally spectacular. The barbecue area with outdoor kitchen is ideal for enjoying meals al fresco, next to the private pool. Days flow between sunbathing, sunset cocktails and dinners under the stars, all in a serene setting with maximum comfort.

    With capacity for 8 guests, the house offers two bedrooms with double beds and two with single beds. It features three bathrooms (two with showers and one with a bath-shower), air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and private parking.

Ull de la fantastic

An extremely spacious and beautiful jump off point for 8 of us, who came to Mallorca for cycling. It was a clean property, and lots of convenient touches, and a great kitchen and outdoor eating area.

What a fantastic stay!!

Having had our summer holiday put back two years because of the pandemic, this beautiful villa MORE than made up for it. A fabulous villa, perfectly located to explore Mallorca so easily. A fantastic pool, wonderful surrounding gardens, everything you could need. Many many wonderful memories made - we will be back!!

La maison et son environnement sont très agréables : la maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et l'extérieur est magnifique avec ses différents espaces. Nous avons apprécié les différentes attentions (corbeille de fruits à notre arrivée et serviettes changées en milieu de semaine). Les indications pour accéder à la maison sont très claires et nos hôtes ont été disponibles et réactifs tout au long de notre séjour.

Beautiful property, well furnished, very clean, lots of different sunshine and shade options. Excellent air con, well-equipped kitchen, various dining table areas for shading at different times of day. Excellent barbecue and great to have table tennis equipment provided. Layout of house was quirky and characterful :) Friendly owner and son, very well-maintained property. We come to Pollenca every summer and find it a fabulous place to unwind and relax in rural peace and quiet whilst enjoying close proximity to the fantastic market, bars, shops and restaurants of this stunning old town. We had another lovely stay, thank-you!

Tolle Unterkunft! Ca. 3 Autominuten entfernt gibt es zwei Supermärkte. Vor dem Haus befinden sich zwei Parkplätze. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die drei Bäder sind relativ neu. Auch die Küche ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr geräumig. Auf der überdachten Terasse gibt es noch einen Getränkekühlschrank. Es gibt einen Grill und Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und es gibt acht Sonnenliegen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden !!

Wir waren mit der Finca insgesamt zufrieden.Das Anwesen ist sehr weitläufig und man hat viele Möglichkeiten der Entspannung.Der Pool hat eine Salzanlage, was wir sehr angenehm fanden.Leider hat eins der Badezimmer extrem aus dem Ablauf gestunken. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht das Problem zu beheben, jedoch konnte es während unserem Aufenthalt nicht vollständig gelöst werden. Die Eigentümer der Finca waren zwei Mal unangekündigt auf dem Grundstück, um ein paar Arbeiten im Garten zu erledigen. Dennoch hat die Finca alles an Ausstattung, um dort einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Traumhaus in toller ruhiger Lage

Wir haben als Familie über 3 Generationen unseren Urlaub (1 Woche) dort verbracht und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Sehr schön renovierte Finca mit allen modernen Standards. Mietwagen ist erforderlich. Dann ist der nächste Supermarkt nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Pollenca ist zu Fuß in 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Strände in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Küche modern und vollständig ausgestattet. Lediglich ein Scjlafzimmer (im Mittelteil des Gebäudes) roch etwas spakig (wurde von uns nicht gebraucht). Kleine Obstplantage gehört mit zu Grundstück. Es ist nur ein direkter Nachbar (links) vorhanden. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren die Bewohner kaum wahrzunehmen.

Stunning property but suited more to older children

The property is beautiful but sits on the wrong side of the mountain so sun is limited off season and the pool was freezing. We couldn’t enjoy the garden or outside dining area without being bitten to hell by mosquitoes. Inside the two main bedrooms are well served by two bathrooms, but access up steep steps is dangerous for small children. The other two rooms are a long walk from the third bathroom down stairs, across the uneven floor through the lounge. We didn’t like the presence of security cameras INSIDE the property. The pool apart from being freezing also didn’t seem clean, although the agents and owner we responsive to our concerns. Really poor value for money

Generell eine tolle Location. Und vorab, ja, wir würden wieder kommen! Die Anreise und Kommunikation total entspannt und einfach. Anreise unproblematisch. Bei der Ankunft war alles sauber, jedoch war eine Bettseite am Kopfteil voll mit Haaren. Warum auch immer, alles andere war sauber. Der Kaffee am nächsten Tag musste ein wenig auf sich warten, da die Nespresso-Maschine ewig dauerte. Die zweite Filterkaffeemaschine hatte einen Defekt, so das wir hier daneben stehen bleiben mussten. Beides dem wirklich sehr netten Eigentümer am Tag der Abreise geschildert. Er wird sich kümmern. Ansonsten mega schönes Haus, verwinkelte Ecken und viele Ecken mit Naturstein. Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Töpfe und Pfannen sind nicht wirklich für 7 Personen geeignet aber wir kamen klar ????. Der Pool ist super genauso wie die tolle Outdoor Ecke zum überdachten Essen im Freien. Der Garten war toll gepflegt und blühte in Gänze. Toller Urlaub! Wir würden alle 7 wieder kommen.....oder bleiben ??

A fabulous Villa in a great location

We were so lucky to find this villa as we booked late into the Summer. The restoration is so well done - the owner met us on arrival and talked us through its history. The location is perfect being just off the beaten track but within easy reach of the link to all of Pollenca's towns and beautiful Calas. The villa has everything you might need and the supermarkets are about 1km away. A car is a must. The moment we arrived, we were talking about coming back and I would recommend making a booking here without hesitation.

Another Fantastic Holiday

We loved our first visit so much we just had to revisit . Beautiful traditional villa but with modern amenities. The outside areas where we spent most of our time are lovely, particularly the pool. Perfectly situated between Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa old town with a supermarket close by. I would highly recommend 😊

Top Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Es ist eine unglaublich schöne, liebevoll restaurierte Finca, in dem altes kunstvoll eine neue Bedeutung bekommen hat. Die Lage ist super: Strand, Berge und nette Städtchen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war mehr als was man so braucht.

This property exceeded all our expectations. Fabulous location lovely and peaceful but well located for both Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa old town. Good sized pool with plenty of sun beds and outdoor seating. We will be back!

Beautiful Villa hidden away but not far from civilisation.

Beautiful and clean Villa near Pollença village. So close to everything - Beaches - Mountains - Restaurants - supermarkets. The villa was perfect for our stay. Great location if you want to go cycling.

A wonderful family holiday

We had a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful villa. We couldn’t have found more beautiful house and gardens - authentic, elegant and perfectly equipped. As a result we rarely needed to leave - enjoying the pool and plentiful relaxation areas too much to stray far! The house is ideally located - a 20 minute stroll to beautiful Pollença and a 10 minute drive to Porto Pollenca- and that’s as far as we got! We hope to return one day - many thanks.

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Oktober 2018 in der Finca und haben uns -trotz Regen- sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele Fincas sind im Innenbereichen nicht so gemütlich, aber diese Finca ist gemütlich und sauber. Alles war excellent. Wir würden jederzeit diese Finca wieder buchen.

Super Anwesen!!

Wunderbare Finca, sehr gepflegt, netter Kontakt. Kleiner Obstkorb und 2x 0,7l Flaschen Wasser waren nett gemeint, aber aufgrund unserer immensen Flugverspätung und mitternächtlicher Anreise für 8 Personen viel zu wenig... Kleiner Wehmutstropfen: Die Küchenausstattung ist recht spartanisch. Insbesondere wenn man tatsächlich mit 8 Personen anreist. Man muss wirklich komplett alles vor Ort kaufen oder mitbringen, selbst etwas Speisesalz, Öl/Essig oder Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel sowie Geschirrspüllappen. Extrem stumpfe Küchenwerkzeuge, winzige Kaffeemaschine, die max für 2 Personen ausreicht... usw. Bisher waren wir in diesbezüglich wesentlich besser ausgestatteten Fincas zu Gast. Sehr gute Hand- und Badetücher (auch für Küche) waren reichlich vorhanden und wurden auch 1x gewechselt.
