Can Suau Dalt is a "Posession" - a more than 300 years old typical Spanish finca. The house has been lovingly restored and partially extended while preserving the charming traditional style.



Can Suau Dalt is the upper part of the finca, located on a slope with a separate access path and infinity pool (awarded by a design magazine).



Despite being attached to the main house (which belongs to the owners who live abroad) you would not know that you were in a semi-detached property and you have complete privacy.

The interior has been tastefully designed in a mix of traditional (typical stone walls and old wooden beams) and modern comfort (designer kitchen).



All of the 3 bedrooms offer a private bathroom.



An old olive tree on the patio invites you to linger. The upper bedroom and the roof terrace offer fantastic views over the Tramuntana mountains.



The "stairway to heaven", a pebbly path up its own mountain, is a fantastic highlight, passing shady natural stone terraces, offering a formidable view from the top over the bay of Pollenca, on clear days even to Menorca, and land inwards to the beautiful Puig de Maria and the Puig Major.
